What is our primary use case?

My main use case for Simplilearn for Business is that I have completed my GenAI for Product Owners and Scrum Masters, and currently, I'm working as a Senior Engineer, so I would like to enhance my profile as a Scrum Master. In that Scrum Master role, I'm a proxy Scrum Master for my team, and to enhance that role and keep myself as a leader, I chose this course, which clearly explains the GenAI fundamentals and bridges them directly to practical agile use cases. It also helps me understand how GenAI can support the backlog refinement and sprint review, retro, and enhance stakeholder communication to generate better product insights.

I can give you a quick specific example of how I applied something I learned from the course in my daily work: the learning culture was well organized, and the modules were concise and impactful, with the examples provided during the sessions being realistic and in line with real product scenarios. While giving a retro meeting, I can ask for individual feedback from my team members and enhance the demerits from the previous retro in the next sprint, and also manage story points for each individual member, minimizing overload when necessary. These scenarios proved really helpful and I implemented a bit of them in my real life, making it easier to think about applying GenAI tools in my day-to-day role, and I found the learning platform to be really helpful.

What is most valuable?

The best features that Simplilearn for Business offers are that if we complete one certification course, they offer multiple courses, which makes it possible for us to learn in our free time and also helps in completing other certifications. For example, if I complete AI for Scrum Masters, I get the Scrum Master certification course free, and with over 600 courses available, it is really very helpful.

Having access to these additional courses has benefited me greatly. It has been a month since I completed my certification, and I have started my next certification in agile, specifically the green belt course in safe systems, which is helping me a lot. Even though I haven't completed my second course yet, it is still very beneficial.

Simplilearn for Business has positively impacted my organization, as I mentioned previously, due to providing multiple courses in a single shot, which I loved. Specific outcomes or results I've seen since using Simplilearn for Business include improvements in team performance and engagement. During planning, reviews, retros, or other meetings, I have seen that we engage team members more effectively, which we learned through Simplilearn, so it is helpful.

What needs improvement?

To improve Simplilearn for Business, I think real-time classes could have reduced hours. Having a complete shot of four hours is a bit hard to manage, so perhaps splitting it into two hours in the morning and two hours in the evening could be beneficial. However, I appreciate the option of watching videos, and that is my feedback.

What is our primary use case?

Simplilearn for Business is primarily used for upskilling on cloud technologies, such as Terraform, AWS, or any IAM related functionalities, as our company contracted Simplilearn for Business to provide and upskill our technology base.

One specific example of a course my team took recently using Simplilearn for Business is the AWS IAM management course, which we used because we wanted to onboard our Infinity product on AWS, while we are primarily focused on the Azure platform, to make it cloud agnostic.

In addition to that course, I also learned about AWS storage accounts and virtual machines, which was really helpful because they call it EC2, not virtual machines, and it goes in depth and not just the basics.

What is most valuable?

One of the best features that Simplilearn for Business offers is its straightforward usability, where you just log in and access the courses available to you, with detailed courses and course materials available post-watching the course videos, making it a very straightforward and clear-cut way to learn and understand things.

Simplilearn for Business has positively impacted our organization by aiding us in onboarding the Infinity product, which is something Temenos offers, as we moved from being onboarded on Azure to utilizing AWS, allowing us to achieve industry-standard certifications that provide credibility on our skills.

What needs improvement?

There could be improvements for Simplilearn for Business, such as the lack of interactive workshops; it primarily involves watching videos and logging into the respective AWS or Azure account to follow the instructor's guidance, but it would be better to have some integrated platform within Simplilearn for Business to understand the basics practically.

My overall experience with Simplilearn for Business was good, but I would prefer if the course material were more technical and in-depth, including practical examples from the industry.

I did have to reach out to customer support due to my credentials not working upon logging in, and they provided a very swift response to unblock me quickly, making the experience overall pretty swift and efficient.

For others looking into using Simplilearn for Business, I would give the customer support a nine out of ten, deducting one point for the lack of a chatbot or a chat experience. My advice would be to go through the course as a starting point, but for in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience, experimenting themselves or learning through official documentation will solidify their fundamentals.

I have seen a return on investment through faster onboarding, as without Simplilearn for Business, we would have faced a trial and error method to implement our products on a new cloud platform without prior experience, and we were able to understand the topics and attend workshops that resulted in verifiable outcomes.

What other advice do I have?

Regarding the materials, they are downloadable but not interactive, and I use them to quickly refresh on the topics in case I have not worked on those technologies for a longer duration of time, helping me quickly catch up. My overall review rating for Simplilearn for Business is eight out of ten.

What is our primary use case?

I mainly use Simplilearn for Business to upskill myself, and I hope the same for my team.

I recently completed the AI Engineer Master Program through Simplilearn for Business, and it was a very well-structured path to upskill in AI and ML.

In my team, Simplilearn for Business solves the main business problem of skill gaps. Since new tools and new technology evolve quickly, it becomes difficult to rely only on internal training. Instead of relying on internal training alone, having a platform Simplilearn for Business is very useful, and my colleagues in my team can easily learn and consistently improve their skill sets.

What is most valuable?

Simplilearn for Business offers live classes for every course, along with a self-learning phase that includes recorded videos, making both very useful. I can register for any classes, and if due to work or personal reasons I am unable to attend the registered class at that particular time, I also have a recorded session that will be very useful to continue the learning without any time restrictions.

Simplilern for Business offers a lab platform where I can explore whatever I am learning, which is one thing I wanted to mention specifically. The certifications require at least 85% of the self-learning to be completed or 80% of the live classes to be watched or attended in order to be eligible, and there are many practices during the live classes that are available and very useful.

Since I started using Simplilearn for Business, I personally upgraded my skill set in AI and ML. In the new upcoming technologies, we have to be very competitive to survive in the industry. Simplilearn for Business offers various varieties of courses, certifications, and some master programs. By attending those, I upskilled myself and gained so much knowledge through the live sessions, which they plan with gaps to work out and reiterate ourselves on the learned content of the course. This way, it has a big impact in the organization.

I received measurable benefits from Simplilearn for Business. For example, before attending the AI Engineer Master Program, I was manually coding, but after understanding and attending this program, I learned so many AI tools that could help in my day-to-day activities, which improved my productivity significantly. Previously, manually creating one application took at least a week.

What needs improvement?

Simplilearn for Business can be improved in several ways. One area for improvement is the attendance marking. If I am unable to attend live classes and am supposed to watch the recorded sessions, I need to complete the entire video in one shot or the 85% of the recorded viewing will not be counted. Additionally, the lab platform can be improved as it is sometimes not so reliable.

The course content and instructor quality are already much better, but sometimes I feel that some well-known content is being dragged, which can be ignored and avoided.

I reduced one point because the lab platform can be much more reliable, and the attendance part which I previously mentioned, and there are some places where the instructor content lags, though not in the majority of the places.

How are customer service and support?

For every course, there is a learner support manager available throughout the live sessions, and if I have any doubts on Simplilearn for Business, they provide support. I really appreciate the customer support; for any query that I mail to them, they respond immediately.

My company uses its own cloud, and I think there is a separate URL. It is not the public Simplilearn for Business URL that we are using; instead, we have the company's Simplilearn for Business URL.

There are several returns on investment, one being upskilling ourselves. Since Simplilearn for Business is partnered with BGSW, I received the Simplilearn for Business license without any cost, and with the several courses available on the platform, there is no cost involved for me.

For one year, the cost to get a license of Simplilearn for Business is 10,000, which my company has paid for me, so I do not know the exact cost.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

I honestly did not evaluate any other options, but I was using Udemy for Business, and I would say the course content in Simplilearn for Business compared to Udemy is much more impactful.

If you are considering Simplilearn for Business, my advice would be to start by clearly identifying your organization's skill gap and training goals, and map employees into the right learning path. Simplilearn for Business works best when learning is structured and aligned with job roles rather than allowing random course selection. It is also good to encourage teams to set aside dedicated learning time each week because consistency is key to getting real value from the courses. I have learned many cloud courses on Simplilearn for Business platform. It was very effective and useful.

I used Simplilearn for Business to learn AWS courses, and I have completed AWS certifications based on the knowledge that I gained using Simplilearn for Business.

I have been working with Temenos as an Associate Product Engineer, where I work closely with the cloud team. I gained more knowledge about cloud, Azure DevOps, and Kubernetes and Docker using Simplilearn for Business. It has helped me in the overall activities of my day-to-day job.

What is most valuable?

The best features Simplilearn for Business offers are the best industry expert knowledge transfer. The lab sessions were effective, and the doubt-clearing sessions were also very helpful.

Simplilearn for Business has impacted my organization positively, as most of my team members have gained more knowledge about the day-to-day activities that we are doing. We have sped up the activities with the help of Simplilearn for Business.

We have improved our productivity because of Simplilearn for Business. We were taking time to analyze the code or other issues. After the certifications and the courses which I completed on Simplilearn for Business, we are able to understand the issue with minimal time and we troubleshoot the issues with quicker actions. We also understood network terminologies very well. The overall team is performing well.

The trainers in the lab sessions of Simplilearn for Business explained concepts with real-world examples and hands-on labs, which helped me to gain confidence in applying what I learned. Simplilearn for Business is designed to obtain certifications in various technologies and to upskill in AI/ML, machine learning, prompt engineering, and other cloud and DevOps-related areas. I have used Simplilearn for Business certification courses for AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification.

My experience with the AWS certification course through Simplilearn for Business helped me significantly with my day-to-day growth, day-to-day work, and career development to build scalable applications and deploy them over the cloud.

What is most valuable?

The best features that Simplilearn for Business offers are self-paced learning for working professionals, organized and well-structured skill development programs, certification preparation journeys and courses, and all courses related to upcoming and emerging technologies.

Out of those features, my favorite is the certification-related offerings because it helps me get well-trained for the certification courses.

Simplilearn for Business has positively impacted my organization because it helped with faster skill development and project readiness for all associates working on projects. It also helped improve productivity and quality of work. Certification-driven credibility was helpful because it added certifications that enhanced credibility with clients and our portfolios.

I have seen specific outcomes and metrics, as productivity increased since we had structured learning and practical exposure that enabled us in automation, cloud adoption, and AI-driven initiatives. This resulted in better solution design and more efficient execution.

My main use case for Simplilearn for Business is to learn new technologies, AI, Gen AI, ChatGPT, and trending developments in the world, including whatever new courses or new era content is available.

Recently, I have completed Agile Scrum Master, programming in C#, Python, Gen AI in software testing, ChatGPT, and Microsoft Copilot with Simplilearn for Business, and all of these have helped me in my project.

What is most valuable?

The best features Simplilearn for Business offers is that it covers almost all the courses available on any other platform, which is the main advantage.

The course quality of Simplilearn for Business is very good, and it is very easy to access, offering online courses versus offline courses. The live classes are also excellent.

Since new courses and trainings are available on Simplilearn for Business, it has positively impacted my organization by helping us learn and apply that new learning in our daily work in the office, which is increasing our skills.

What needs improvement?

Simplilearn for Business can be improved with more personalized learning paths, including smart AI-driven, role-based skill gap analysis, dynamic progress insights, better integration with Jira, GitHub, and Azure, developing teams capabilities, a skill heat map, tracking, certifications for healthcare, automotive, retail, manufacturing, Gen AI, and LLMs, team learning challenges, more practical labs, questions and answers sections, and enhanced mock tests.

Most of the live classes are happening on weekends, so I wish they could be scheduled on weekdays instead. Additionally, the live classes happen in the late night, so they should consider changing the timing to more convenient hours.

What is our primary use case?

Simplilearn for Business is for a skill development program, which could be described as similar to Udemy, but with nicely curated development skill programs covering all software languages and software domains.

What is most valuable?

Simplilearn for Business has a perfectly curated selection of articles and resources that are so useful and important that nothing should be skipped. Every course and chapter holds its value. When watching a video on Simplilearn for Business, it is not comparable to any other platform. Each video holds significant value, and viewers will definitely gain something from it. It is not filler content but content with substance. The collection of videos is excellent.

Currently, Simplilearn for Business is SaaS only. My organization provided free access to employees through the business plan, though it is generally a paid service.

What needs improvement?

From a functionality point of view, Simplilearn for Business could improve its UI. The look and feel is a bit outdated. A more modern and beautiful UI design should be included in future releases.

Simplilearn for Business technical support is excellent. When I have escalated questions and needed certificates, I would email them and receive a reply within twenty-four to thirty-six hours.

Based on my experience with Coursera and Simplilearn for Business, I would recommend giving Simplilearn for Business a try. I cannot rank it above Coursera, but I will definitely say it is worth trying. I prefer Coursera more than Simplilearn for Business.

The content provided by Simplilearn for Business platform is unmatchable and of excellent quality. The quality of the videos is impressive. However, compared to Udemy and Coursera, Simplilearn for Business is not as beautifully designed. The design perspective lacks clarity, and users cannot easily understand what content is available. While Simplilearn for Business has excellent content, the presentation and appearance of the website feel outdated and could be improved.

I purchased Simplilearn for Business directly from the vendor. I have given this product a rating of nine out of ten.

For the last three years, I am using Simplilearn for Business to improve my day-to-day life. I can upgrade my skills and improve myself to grow my business. Once I learn a technology in Simplilearn for Business, it can be taught to my buddy fellows or someone. In the business perspective, I can suggest they learn Simplilearn for Business. It has good relevance to our current and future skill demands, a flexible access model, and a broad, deep curriculum across key digital tech skills. This kind of thing can improve our skills.

We can use Simplilearn for Business in our day-to-day work to enhance productivity, learning, and team development, depending on the role. For skill development for daily tasks, we use micro-learning. We can watch short lessons on technologies or tools we use on a daily basis, such as .NET, SQL, AI, and DevOps. On-demand courses are available to quickly upskill when encountering a new requirement at work, such as learning about API testing, Power BI dashboards, or cloud deployment. For certification, you can prepare for certifications relevant to your job role, such as Azure Developer Associate or Scrum Master. Based on project courses, we can get best practices. For example, you can write cleaner or more secure code, apply Agile or Scrum effectively in sprint cycles, and automate testing and deployments with a CI/CD pipeline for faster delivery. The team learning dashboard allows tracking team progress. We can share insights or summaries from modules in daily stand-ups or project reviews. Simplilearn for Business is a continuous learning habit for day-to-day life, taking 15 to 30 minutes for upskilling through any platform.

In our banking project, Simplilearn for Business helps with real-time examples. It helps build knowledge and framework skills applicable to real-world problems. We recently faced an issue with API security involving data encryption challenges. We were somewhat stuck and couldn't fix our problems with the API. Simplilearn for Business was useful in showing us how to fix our API security and encryption challenges. We can fine-tune our database performance bottlenecks. While optimizing SQL queries, we learned about indexes that we could use to easily optimize and fine-tune our queries. We mainly use this platform for strict security compliances, Agile or DevOps practices, and challenge management in CI/CD pipelines. We wanted to implement scenarios in our project, such as fraud detection, credit scoring models, and chatbots for support. Simplilearn for Business was helpful to learn AI/ML and data science to help with our predictive models and fraud detection. We also learned to automate our validation using Python scripts and integrate an AI chatbot into our banking application.

The features of Simplilearn for Business include a rich skills catalog that helps our learning path. There are over 500 programs and bootcamps across domains such as AI, data science, cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, and digital business.
