My main use case for Simplilearn for Business is to get trainings and certifications.
I use Simplilearn for Business to take certifications that are related to Salesforce.
In my project, I have Salesforce-related applications, which is why I need certifications. Apart from that, I use Simplilearn for Business to get additional certifications related to Salesforce.
What is most valuable?
The best features Simplilearn for Business offers include getting certifications, and from a UI perspective, it is a user-friendly application.
The user-friendly UI makes it easy to use, especially in terms of navigation and finding courses.
Another feature I appreciate is the ability to reschedule my certification or exam easily. Additionally, when I attend courses, I get the certifications quickly. The timer is also a good feature that lets me know how many days are left to complete my certifications, serving as a reminder notification.
Simplilearn for Business has positively impacted my organization in terms of enhancement, as I have noticed all the features on the platform. If we could integrate something in terms of AI, that would be helpful.
What needs improvement?
I'm not sure about the mobile app, but if we had a mobile app for Simplilearn for Business, that would be great, as most users are using mobile devices. Rather than going through a laptop or computer, having a mobile application would allow users to complete their certifications and access trainings more conveniently.
The mobile app suggestion is important because sometimes if I'm not carrying my laptop, and there is a training that is due today, I could take the training on my mobile while I'm running or traveling.
