Well designed online courses with good support
What do you like best about the product?
Business-related and practical course material with suitable examples.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes links to further material are out-dated and end nowhere. Faulty course material (for example, quiz errors) should be corrected quicker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Udacity helps me get deeper insights into technological developments or new data-handling methods. This helps me better develop new business ideas.

What do you like best about the product?
For me, the projects were the most helpful, particularly the feedback from the graders.

Can't think of any, I'm stumped on this one

I take the AI classes, so it's helpful for me in solving real world problems

The program is efficient, with very detailed topics for each subject. You understand what are absolute needs from companies after finishing the course with hands-on projects
What do you dislike about the product?
It is about lacking of diagrams, or I mean the mindmap for each subject. This made it hard for the learners to systemize and memorize all the knowledge in the course
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not sure Udacity is fixing all my comments or not because I've already sent the feedback inside the program but still not received any feedback from them about this.

Practical Labs were quite beneficial for me at Udacity and the Mentors who were available every time.

I learned software. It is good for my job
I never felt alone during my studies at Udacity, even though they are 100% remote
What do you like best about the product?
The feedback I received after submitting every project. It came, on average, 1 hour after the submission, and it included a personalized opinion on the quality of my work, some constructive and specific suggestions, and a lot of encouraging words that motivated me significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time it takes to work on the projects of every module can be overwhelming, primarily if you work full-time and can't leave those responsibilities aside. Even though submission dates are pretty flexible, I had to dedicate at least three working days to submit every project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There's an increasing amount of sources of information to study computer science-related topics, and not all of them are of good quality. Udacity assures you that you'll get the best quality possible and the possibility to certify the acquired knowledge with a "stamp" that companies recognize and value.
