But the knowledge needs to be updated to the latest, some knowledge is a bit old

I like the simplicity, clarity and concision of the content regarding the certification.

Not all free courses offer a shareable certification. Additionally, sharable badges could be created with credly.

Udacity gives me lots of acknowledgement. I would recommend it to my colleagues.

The materials, references, and projects.The mentors are very friendly. Especially, the reviewers are excellent to review me many times and give me good feedbacks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the video sound is so small and the course is old. I think should add more new training documents.

Udacity helps me enlarge my knowledge. There are many things I am not good at my job, but after joining a course (BA) I find it very useful.

I took the Front-End Web Development and the Business Analytics Nanodegree programs.
Navigating Udacity's platform started easy and became more challenging as I progressed through the modules.
I appreciate having access to mentors to help me navigate challenging projects.

What do you dislike about the product?
The platform isn't great for mobile devices, so learning on the go isn't realistic without a tablet or laptop.
The project rubric can be formatted better and a bit more visually pleasing.
I wish there were a dark-mode version of their platform since I've worked on projects during the evening hours.

I took their scholarship program, and I am so appreciative of Udacity's offering because I don't know how I would be able to afford to take their Nanodegree programs otherwise.
Love Love Love Udacity's Front-End Development Nanodegree
What do you like best about the product?
I was blessed enough to be a recipient of the Udacity x OneTen Scholarship to attend the Udacity Front-End Development Nanodegree Course and it honestly taught me so much about Front-End Development. I'm already building portfolio websites and it 's light a fire in me for continued learning! I'm now diving deeper into developement even UX Design. The lessons set up was awesome with tests, examples, videos, notes, and projects that applied the skills they taught! In addition I had alot of support from the team through slack. If I had any questions they answered promptly. I was even able to jump on a zoom call for walk-throughs on difficult to understand tasks. The community and staff behind this are amazing and I will certainly be taking more classes from Udacity!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would change from the course I completed was downloadable notes on the topics. I spent a lot of time copying notes and formatting them to look similar to the format in the classroom. If I could have simply downloaded the notes I could have spent more time studying them instead of organizing them. Other than that I have no complaints! Thanks again for the amazing opportunity!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Udacity solved the problem of motivation to learn these difficult tech topics. Ive tried other courses through Udemy, Alison, and edx but It could capture my attention to learn. Udemy did that! It gave structure, deadlines, support, and fun projects!
