Growing with Landing Pages

What do you like best about the product?
Super simple interface, integrated systems, amazing/responsive support team, accessible how-to guides, marketing tips via newsletter, drag and drop editing capabilities
What do you dislike about the product?
Lifecycle stages mismatch Salesforce making it difficult to identify customers vs leads vs subscribers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy content management, social integrations, and analytics make it easy to promote our offerings and measure our success.

HubSpot's Social Media tool saves me time.

What do you like best about the product?
As a Marketing Communication Manager with social media just one of many responsibilities, I find the social media tool in HubSpot easy to use for both posting, monitoring and reporting. I like having all three accounts - Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter - in one spot for efficient management purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if we could tag individuals in posts created in HubSpot. It would also be fantastic if HubSpot social media was capable of creating an auto-responder messaging service for new followers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has helped my company launch our inbound marketing strategy in 2019. Since January, we have seen an increase of 4x new contacts. HubSpot is also helping me to streamline many marketing activities, which adds value to our users' experience.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot is an excellent tool for managing B2B inbound marketing activities. Once the software is fully implemented, it is easy to use, whether you are working as an individual or a team.

What do you like best about the product?
It's user friendly. The email features work well. There's a lot of information to figure out what you need to do. The customer support is also helpful.Adding code for tracking is really easy, easier than WordPress or other website management systems. The pages generally look great. The basic stats and charts are helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
The stats are limited for more advanced attribution if you're looking to find attribution for marketing qualified leads. The website editor is a bit wonky and more difficult to use unless you're doing the most basic functions like editing text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
marketing automation. email. website. customer management system. sending lists to Google and Facebook ads.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has consistently stepped up its game since we started using the platform several years ago. It's user-friendly, allows me to do the work of several people, and their customer service is impeccable. After spending 7 years at a full-service creative agency, I can honestly say this is as close as I've come to finding an all-in-one solution that serves all of our marketing needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see more comprehensive recommendations for optimizing our website, including being able to add more information/details to images within the Files section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot enables us to use one platform to complete all our marketing tasks—website management, email and social media marketing, campaigns, etc., while tying everything together so we can see what's working and where we need to improve.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you aren't familiar with web design or coding, I recommend hiring an affiliated agency to ensure you get what you want when it comes to your website design and functionality. And be sure to take the free training courses to learn how to best utilize the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
We use HubSpot to manage our websites, contact lists and also interface with our sales database, Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've been through a few rounds of users, and mistakes from the past are apparent, such as mislabeled contacts, improperly created forms and pages, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a global company and HubSpot helps keep us all on the same page and our marketing messages consistent.

Great Tool for a Digital Team

What do you like best about the product?
I love how HubSpot can house all of your most important marketing tools, including social media, email campaigns, blogs, landing pages, lead gen forms and so much more. I love not having to have a bunch of tabs open for the various projects I am working on and leaning on HubSpot to be my one-stop-shop for all things digital marketing. HubSpot is also great for teams. We can all work under one platform without stepping on toes or creating friction between projects. The user experience is extremely easy to navigate, for new team members it's intuitive and doesn't require a crazy amount of training.
What do you dislike about the product?
For social media specifically, I wish HubSpot had a live feed of all channels that you can view at once (like Hootsuite). The social media calendar can be useful as it shows you what posts you have coming up for the month, but it's not as detailed of a view that other platforms provide, and doesn't show a snapshot of your feeds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Setting up email workflows and being able to have consistent touchpoints with our clients or prospective customers is huge. We can create the workflow, turn it on, and know that Hubspot is doing what it's supposed to behind the scenes. The creation of landing pages and accompanying lead generation forms has also been supremely helpful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is not the end-all-be-all to marketing automation. There are still going to be limitations for your needs. However, I believe that is the case with its competitors, as well.

Great Marketing Platform

What do you like best about the product?
I love that all our blogs, social media, SEO, emails, and more can all operate out of one platform! Hubspot is efficient and the support system is superb.
What do you dislike about the product?
Within our Sales Enterprise platform, I do wish we could do more detailed tracking as far as sequences. It would be helpful in determining the best strategy for moving forward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is basically a one-stop shop for my marketing needs. I can create forms, landing pages, social posts, and more and track all the analytics. It has been extremely helpful as we have developed recent campaigns and need better insight into what is working and what isn't. I'm very pleased with the product.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Really look at your overall goals. If you want help boosting emails and a platform that encompasses a lot of different sales and marketing aspects, Hubspot is a fantastic tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the reporting feature is extremely beneficial. HubSpot pulls reports together for web traffic, social, emails, and more. It makes it easy to keep track of important metrics month to month.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the SEO strategy section could be further developed, right now it's not the most helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I live in HubSpot for my job. I use it for all our emails, social posts, landing pages, web pages, literally everything. So it is solving a lot of problems for me by allowing me to actually function properly and efficiently!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely give it a try if you need a good CRM software that also helps with digital marketing.

Couldn't imagine being a Marketer without HubSpot

What do you like best about the product?
My team is lean but HubSpot makes us strong. What I love about HS tools is that with them, every team member can contribute to the same project and cross traditional skill lines. Developers can help design, writers can develop wesbsite pages, administrators can collaborate on copy. The tools are truly designed to make ninjas of even entry level hires and we wouldn't want to run our department without the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is one thing I actually cannot stand about HubSpot. I've learned to work around it as has my team, but it's not possible to have two people editing an email or landing page at the same time because you can't save out changes if another person is in the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're working with our technical consultant at HubSpot on HUB DB related projects. HUB DB is a beast of a tool and the programs our team is creating with HUB DB are creating true competitive differentiation for our company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your'e going to invest in HubSpot, make sure it's the right time and that you have at least 1 or 2 team members dedicated to learning the tools, practicing, implementing and in the tool daily. If you can't do that, wait, because you'll be disappointed if you can't take full advantage to everything the platform offers.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to schedule blogs and social media posts. HubSpot also has great reporting metrics that assist in content creation.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't post videos to Instagram on the social media scheduling feature. Also, there is no option to unselect automate social posts/ instant blog subscriber email for one blog post without jumping through a lot of hoops. Additionally, I dislike that when you edit/ build web pages, you have to edit it in a very small box on the left. It would be nice to edit it straight from the page or at least a bigger box. I also suggest having more modules available in the marketplace. Also, I suggest having the social approval button.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With automation and workflows, it has allowed less time to spend on email marketing. Also, it is very helpful to see how leads are formed!
