Organized and structured project management
What do you like best about the product?
Because it is an intuitive platform, most of its tools are easy to use. It helps with proper project management and the support response is effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps more training is needed for the specific handling of some tools in order to fully leverage the platform's potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manage projects properly.
Great Customer Service and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is a great tool for us to manage our customer data; it's easy to use and implement. Having many app integrations is also another bonus. Especially noteworthy is the customer support team. They are really supportive and provide quick responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far nothing I don't like about Hubspot

HubSpot CMS is definitely a game changer
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is pretty intuitive and straightforward. Easy to seer through and get used to the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this point. Pricing could be based on the geographical region and not standard across the globe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helped us test and try out customer use cases in our HubSpot account, to provide relevant solutions.

One-stop Hubspot
What do you like best about the product?
Trade associations have myriad needs in a CRM & Hubspot offers a one-stop solution that allows for new hires and existing staff to share an intuitive shared knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many features, that it can be hard to describe to folks outside of the CRM world.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data used to be siloed, which led to divisions in staff experience with the CRM. Now members & prospects can be accessed across the organization, streamlining ops.
Good to manage various platforms

For scheduling and making a calendar for the quarter

Unable to tag people in social posts is annoying

Im not aure. A new user
This was my first CMS experience and I haven’t found a better one yet.
What do you like best about the product?
I've tried other CMS tools and HubSpot has the best user interface for their CMS Hub compared to the others that I have tried so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
Themes are almost all outsources. Sometimes feels like a cop out from HubSpot. The customer service at partners who offer themes are not very responsive.

It helps me design websites, typically faster and better!
Easy to use and extremely optimized
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite features of the CMS are the ability to add personalization from the CRM to create customized pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once a template is built, there is extra effort that needs to happen to be able to custom modules
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us bring all of our customer data into one spot. We aren't using disparet systems anymore and trying to push and pull data.
HubSpot CMS is a god option for site and landing pages

I like the easy usability and native integration with the CRM.

I think that it is limitaded, we have to code a little bit to do some things more específicc

Powerful but requires some learning

The web editor is fairly well built and the modules are nice

Some of the menu diving feels a bit unintuitive for me, but it's possible I'm just dense!
