The most complete CMS platform in the market as of today.
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a very easy-to-use platform and it's obvious how its design is focused on customer experience and intuition. It has very well thought functions and is easy to connect integrations with other platforms. Compared to the competition, HubSpot is a complete platform when it comes to functionality and tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
-One of the main drawbacks is its pricing since the platform can be quite expensive, especially for a small business.
-While it offers some customization, it's not as flexible as other CMS options available in the market.
-Faced a lot of format and structure bugs while editing websites and landing pages.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They're constantly making changes and updates about bugs and how to simplify the user experience and business-client relationship. Also, always thinking about new functions that make all processes for the marketing team easier.

Lots of options from the market place as add ons

No direct support from Hubspot for the apps from the marketplace
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are managing all our content via CMS Hub and connecting it with our marketing efforts (mainly email)

It is an organized platform with help readily available at all times.

It can be difficult and tedious to make new website edits without help from HubSpot developers.

It allows us to make quick and small website edits in seconds.

Sometimes our own setup hinders us, modules are old etc. Another disadvantage is that Hubspot doesn't help you Upgrade to your own latest platform

What do you like best about the product?
It has a lot of options and the best part for me is the fact that I can use many different tools that help me release my strategy and make my goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it seems quite not UX frendly especcially if you work in a team. I came across some "dead end" places during my work with it and even the support team couldn'd help me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead generation tool that helped us to free from "lazy" agency that was and still is running client's wordpress page. We did all of the work we needed alone without any support from them.
Hubspot is great and continues to improve
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has a lot of premade modules, and those are great. I think they could expand on their offerings, but overall good experience. We had a contractor build many things in Hubspot, but I wish there were more self-serve capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot CMS can feel buggy at times. It's usually pretty good, but I feel there's a right way to do everything is Hubspot CMS, and I don't know the right way sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that all our website data is stored in the same place as our sales data to get everything we need for marketing in one place. Hubspot has capabilities that make my job easier and better.
HubSpot's not as good as I thought, it's the best!

Everything is centralized. I can use the Hub for most of my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
You may need some time to get used to how Hubspot works.

The little to no code required for my web dev needs.
Great platform, easy to use and creates great looking websites
What do you like best about the product?
The preset modules, it's easy to make good looking pages and the CMS presets for styling are flexible to use. It's also great to collaborate with others on building and sharing pages
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have more options for modules to make pages stand out as unique. After using hubspot for a while it becomes easy to spot other websites using the same platform and making your site look unique and different
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its allowed us to bring website design and dev in-house and solved a lot of problems we had on platforms like Wordpress. IT will also allow us to personalise our other channels like email and integrate our CRM
Very Useful Software
What do you like best about the product?
I can keep track of all of my emails and website pages easily and make updates quickly and internally name them to make it easier to know what i am editing on it
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot find things very easily or use certain features without access and my coworkers cannot give it to me, which creates delays and confusion when trying to make pages
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to be able to make updates efficiently and instantly by allowing me to update documents across my website and email marketing campaigns which is very helpful

I have no complaints about Hubspot CMS Hub!

Time and scheduling are our biggest issues and using CMS Hub has been a breeze!
