What do you like best about the product?
It is super user-friendly and easy to add notes and tag them to different companies and people.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating quotes and contracts can be confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking conversations, deals, and quotes.
Great CMS option to build marketing & more advanced sites, tightly integrated with the HubSpot CRM.

Easy to use visual page builder for marketing folks, powerful developer tools to build custom modules & more advanced portals, such as membership sites or PRMs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires developers to build custom modules and more advanced features, but you can still build a great marketing website with just standard modules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot CMS is enabling us to build our marketing site without worrying about hosting it somewhere and in tight integration with our CRM data.

Through our theme, it helped us achieve new and needed functions

The quirks in the content editor. It isn't very intuitive at times, and some minor bugs need developers' look to be fixed

It helps us fix dependencies on our developer team
CMS Hub is great for our national business expanding internationally.
What do you like best about the product?
CMS Hub allowed us to make language variants of all our existing pages easily. This saved us countless hours of manual translation and data entry work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The complex nature of modules is a challenge but can be overcome once you understand it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot CMS Hub solved our issues with expanding internationally by allowing us to add our international domains and translate pages.

I love how all of our apps integrate into HubSpot easy to search for clients and to see all our of communication history
What do you dislike about the product?
Definitely need a programmer to help program the application. Can get confusing with the more programs you add. But the end result is worth the frustration. :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can see all our communications. We can view our previous communication and leave notes. It's very easy to search and I feel it makes things more organized online.
Great start to a CMS.
What do you like best about the product?
Having the ability to capture leads directly from our HubSpot website is very useful. There are several integrations as well that help with automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price jump from starter to professional is very steep. A lot of the essential tools such as better form handling, Google analytics within the dashboard, invoicing etc are all at the professional level. Which is fine, but the jump from Starter to professional is such a large increase it doesn't align with the level of growth for a small business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's an all in one low code no code way to have a website and collect and generate pipeline. This is better than Wordpress in the sense that you don't need to constantly update plugins or have any security risks with plugins.

Quick and Easy solution for integrated CMS and CRM
What do you like best about the product?
We deployed our website with Hubspot CMS and integrated with Hubspot CRM to get the most of the marketing and worklfow powerful features as well as the built in forms. This was pretty easy and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recently the Marketplace doesn't offer modules or email templates to download either for free or paid. Hopefully this feature is back at some point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We automated some of our most critical sales workflow, through built in integrations and automatic email follow ups.
Convenient, intuitive, easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is in one place. The resources and knowledge sharing at Hubspot is also on an extremely high standard, so anything I'm not sure about, I can find out there.
Plus, I really value all the data having a CMS platform like Hubspot provides automatically. It really informs and qualifies our marketing efforts.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the plug and play solutions are "too easy", or not as easily customizable. We end up using quite a few workarounds as a result of this which take some time to figure out. But we get there in the end!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were struggling with inaccurate data collection that wasn't allowing us to make informed decisions for our marketing strategy. We couldn't really link our Sales and Marketing teams until both of those were in one place.

Hubspot CMS - Simple and Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Hubspot is to use. We use it for hosting our main website as well as CMS management. Great product.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to find something that I dislike... Probably that some features are in a different pay tier that I am currently using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hosting by business website and linking that business website to our customer CMS systems.
