CRM Tools for Everyone on Your Team!
What do you like best about the product?
I find that the Customer Account management features are seamless and easy to use. This section of HubSpot offers great flexibility when organizing pertinent information regarding a customer's account. I find that having the ability to remove and add to certain areas is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of my least favorite section I would say, is the way customer account data is organized. At times, when searching for a specific account and you only need a particular detail, you select "Preview," and the new pop-up takes over. A better view would be to have a smaller pop-up for a quick glance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is energizing how we manage customer accounts, large amounts of data, ease of access and tools for everyone from within. HubSpot has provided our team with a one-stop shop for all our CRM needs.

What do you like best about the product?
No need to jump between platforms when you can easily work directly from Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to send broadcasts directly from Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Effective outbound communications with customers.
I use HubSpot CMS Hub as a way to organize companies I am prospecting.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can see current and past activities. I can see who is qualified and who or how people within my company have connected with individuals within my prospecting scope.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how I never know if my contacts/companies are up to date in the system. I have to connect with people in each company to keep things up to date and see if they are qualified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot CMS Hub solves disorganization problems. The companies that are up to date make a clear appearance in my prospecting list. The filters within HubSpot help to organize prospects even better.
Hubspot was easy for beginners and industry freshers to operate and understand in a daily basis.
What do you like best about the product?
It was beginner friendly and all its segregation categories were easy to grasp, even at a fresher's level. This is highly beneficial in the field of customer support as incoming tickets could be easily categorized and managed as per their priority.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics and dashboards were not readily accessible to the users on an agent level on Hubspot. With the Admin holding exclusive rights to the dashboard and reporting, this hampers transparency and visibility with respect to one's performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot was pretty helpful in helping and managing the incoming support tickets from the learners of our organization. With well-demarcated categories that defined and labeled tickets so that none of the complaints, requests, or queries are ignored.

Cannot use Cloudflare to optimize images and other aspects - a security feature blocks this

What do you like best about the product?
As a non-tech savvy person, I find that Hubspot CMS is very easy to use. It's fool-proof allowing you to check your choices before publishing content. Also, customer support is amazing. Always so helpful and quick to respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few things I dislike about Hubspot CMS. If I had to point one out it would be that there are sometimes glitches and it takes time to refresh the page.

Hubspot CMS is the tool I use to run my company's blog. It's very easy to use and has helped me manage our content. It helps me keep track of how each post is performing.
CMS Hub is great but does have a little learning curve.

I enjoy that CMS Hub allows for all notes and interactions with clients to be tracked in one place.

There is nothing that I necessarily dislike, but it is a learning curve for getting used to using the program

Some clients think HubSpot will "own" their code and it may be hard to move off in the future.

Easy-to-update websites for our clients and easy-to-navigate experience for the users
CMS hub allows you to create beautiful websites without the need for a developer.
What do you like best about the product?
The support you receive from HubSpot, that's only a click away through chat, makes any possible questions you have answerable when you need it most. Where many other platforms you have to wait for a response back through email, or search through forums to find your answer.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some plugins that WordPress has that I wish were available on HubSpot, but it's never kept me from being able to find an aceptable alternative. I have noticed that there are new apps in the marketplace all the time, which is also encouraging to that extent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem it solves is that I don't need a developer to build a website. There are so many templates to start with that give such robust options that if I ever do need to involve a developer its only for very specific needs that cost me only a fraction of what I would pay them for an entire website.
