User friendly for folks who do and do not have basic html language experience
What do you like best about the product?
It works easily like a basic email client, but also allows folks with coding experience the ability to customize for brand management. I've previously used Mailchimp and Constant Contact, and Hubspot is easier to use all around.
What do you dislike about the product?
the only downside I experience is with contact integration but that is dictated by our company rather than the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is the sole CRM we use to keep our members up to date on our events, publications, and commentary.
Learning and Growing
What do you like best about the product?
Using this platform has helped my department and agency grow to understand how to better leverage information from customers and improve workflows. Other platforms don't give you the control and capabilities Hubspot provides nor their top-notch customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no glaring downsides in the Hubspot platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're given the chance really dig into the weeds and provide custom trainings and learning modules for our customers, which helps us grow.

The inbox dashboard is not accurate or does not update in real time.

It's really easy to use, you don't need developer knowledge, you can create a fantastic website like a slide in PowerPoint. HubSpot CMS is the CMS for Marketers.

Local billing in all the countries, it's a US invoice.

Easy to use, fast and secure. We really save time with this solution.

I really like how easy and quick to get clients up to date in hubspot. They are great at making sure that everything is working well .

I wish there was more in depth knowledge hub for reporint and workflows

CMS Hub sandbox is a love affair for marketing teams
What do you like best about the product?
Working through a brand refresh and creating topic cluster content works like a dream with the HubSpot CMS Hub. The sandbox, the UX, and the support are clutch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning the navigation and where to find things with all of the product updates. Also keeping up with updates.
