HubSpot has been the greatest tool for our growth -- hands down!
What do you like best about the product?
The updside is the orgranization of assets within the tools. You can easily bucket/organize your emails, your blogs, your workflows, and the dashboards you can build to track all of these buckets are amazing!
The downside: a few small ones, one being you can't attribute more than one campaign to a piece of content

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have experience working with another CMS, so it's a bit of "I don't know what I don't know" for me. I've used HubSpot for four years and still haven't mastered everything in it -- it's that robust and dynamic!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our content organized, optimized for SEO, allowing us to protect our email domain, and alerting us (by using all of the data anaylytics) if something gets dropped or starts to breakdown.
Makes my work easier and has a good-looking interface
What do you like best about the product?
I like all the smart features that helps me save time doing my work. Like duplicating pages. Hubspot also gives advice for when things can get more optimized, like if images are to big to load fast
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot is expensive, as we all know, and they don't provide integrations for mailing serices like Mailchimp. That makes my life a little harder, as the email function in Hubspot isn't that good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot saves me time, and it makes it easier to make websites that have good SEO. It is easy to make beautiful webpages with the themes.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot CMS is awesome for keeping all of our marketing data in one place. We can bring in a lead, reach out to them, and watch them through the sales funnel within one platform -- no one else offers that!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's not as intuitive as it could be to add new things to the website or to find things within the website. The usability on the CMS backend could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeing the customer journey from entrance to sale -- this helps us get customer data, know which customers to follow up with, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
It starts as a seemingly simple CMS, it almost feels too basic but then you browse the available free and purchasable themes and it starts to make more sense, once you get going, you realize that Design Manager is available and allows you to edit the raw HTML, CSS and JavaScript, then you discover Hubl - a liquid templating language that brings server-side data to the game then, you realize that the whole thing can be connected to Visual Studio Code to allow offline development, testing and publishing before you hit the publish button.
Finally, you sit back and look at the credit card statement - it runs from free to $30/month for the starter edition which gives you enterprise hosting, Cloudflare CDN and intergrated metrics.
It's pretty unbeatable... then you realize that there's a complete marketing, sales & service CRM solution included on the side - mind blown!

What do you dislike about the product?
The basic templates aren't as fancy as the ones that you might find on the shelf for Wordpress but then, they can be built and, I think that in time, template creators will build all of the usual fade in/out, slide, etc. etc. stuff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to focus on the performance of inbound leads and not on the health of the website infrastructure. I'm not spending time checking, patching and checking again with WordPress, nor do I spend a second of my day thinking about optimizing the infrastructure - big time saver.
Website and tracking all in one place
What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility of building a website using templates or allowing our dev team to add their own code.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be challenging to know what items you can change/edit and which items are hard coded within each template or module.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CMS is helping us build our website int he same platform that we do all of our other design work for campaigns (emails, newsletter etc)

It's crafted, not cobbled, so it works! Everything is simple to use, find and manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting isn't as flexible as SFDC. I wish there were more report types, and that combo charts could be filtered at the top of dashboards like single item charts can be.

What do you like best about the product?
I've enjoyed the addition of HubDB, it's been great to work with. I also enjoy how straightforward the admin is for clients. Documentation is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the drag/drop did not introduce as much HTML to the front end as it does and was easier to work with. A better system for syncing content between sites and backup would be great too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to create a data structure through HubDB has been the most helpful.

Simplicity. All in 1 platform. Great analytics and integration with the rest of the account and processes. I knew how to send and design emails well on husbpot, and it was the same concept.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of features. There were many times that i wanted to add sections, boxes, features and it didn't offer that option. Another issue, when i tried redesigning my website, i was limited with the options of developers that were willing to work on it. Most preferred or were only willing to work with websites on Wordpress.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I moved to solve my alanylics issue. We were using Jotform before, and Hubspot analytics was considering JotForm a marketing channel, which was merely an application embedded on our site.
