Good Overall Experience, Could Use Some Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy email marketing as it is customizable, easy to use, has good analytics, has a good review process and overall the best email software I've used. Twitter's bulk upload function is great and saves a lot of time. They also have lots of training videos which are helpful. The forms and feedback surveys are great as well. We just launched a new website via Hubspot and it is very functional and is a huge upgrade.
What do you dislike about the product?
The socials: although it's great that we can schedule posts, we are still limited in our abilities. We can't post reels through Hubspot, or stories, or collaborate with other accounts, which is a huge component for us. We're unsure if the social analytics are accurate since it doesn't seem to track story insights. You can only post 4 photos at a time for Facebook posts. We were hoping that we would be able to manage everything social within HubSpot, but with these limitations, we still have to operate on each platform separately (except Twitter is pretty good).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a central ecosystem that allows for more comprehensive customer management and robust reporting metrics. This makes us more productive overall and allows us to work together within the system; marketing, sales, ops, etc.
HubSpot helped me become a marketer
What do you like best about the product?
Before using HubSpot, I was working in Implementation. I moved into the Product Marketing role and immediately knew I needed help with the whole "marketing" thing. HubSpot is so easy to use, and it gives you so many insights on how you can use the tool to better market your product. Being able to set up forms and workflows for things I didn't realize were needed is very helpful. It's also very user-friendly, so even though I didn't understand "marketing lingo" at first, I could still navigate my way around the software quite easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
We get complaints that the highly engaged client area on emails doesn't show more information. Just showing the name and the email doesn't help our team - being able to see the state or even employee contact would be so helpful to know who needs to follow up with those clients or prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to be able to tie emails and content pieces to certain campaigns to show how we were promoting specific products or thought leadership pieces, and we've been very successful using the campaigns feature of HubSpot. It's keeping us from having to "prove" what we're doing as a marketing team!
One of the best CMS Tool on the market
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot CMS offers a couple of very exciting features like Content staging, a design tool for the custom theme and widget creation. It is very easy to create private content as well with Hubspot cms.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a slight learning curve for HubSpot CMS, though free courses provided by HubSpot academy are really good to get started. Some features are not yet mature such as customization of sign up page etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we use Hubspot for our CRM as well it makes it very easy to handle everything in one place. The combination allows us to make our content more personalized and dynamic. Hubspot CMS also helps to handle private content which reduces the need of paying for another service.
HubSpot - my favourite CMS on the market
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. The content management itself is seamless and I have had many new joiners pick up the CMS within minutes of using it. Whether it's changing pictures or adding new copy, they all find it easy. The file management system is easy to users and files are easy to replace allowing for links to stay live and active across years.
SEO tools are super useful and make it easy for us to manage our optimisation and strategy.

What do you dislike about the product?
The design tools can be intimidating for new users and many of the people I have worked with steer clear of this area and leave it up to the more technically minded. I wouldn't say it's necessarily a dislike but a more visual system could be useful. Personally I think HubSpot's focus for the CMS and website tools is to open up the structural changes of pages for non technical users - I am not even sure that is possible mind you!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The reason we chose HubSpot for our CMS is simply the connectivity to all of the other elements that make up HubSpot as a whole. Having contacts recognised through our CRM and CMS so that we can learn about their behaviour - this is what HubSpot offers that is unmatched. I will be honest, the CMS is similar to many other systems be that Wix, Squarespace, Wordpress, etc but does have a few tools that make it stand it. It's connectivity though, that's what earns HubSpot it's gold medal.
Hubspot CMS Hub - Built With Marketers in Mind
What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot CMS is an integrated marketing and sales system that doesn't require tools/plugins/zaps. TLDR: If you want the ease of CMS use for both marketing and sales and great support, move/stick to Hubspot, because you get a CMS integrated with a CRM.
You see, I hate plugins/updates and security vulnerabilities and the fact that HubSpot gives the feel-good factors to all these (provided you're technically sound) is pure joy. How about modular programming fragmentation, as well as removing web-hosting hassles? You get the feel-good factors on Hubspot CMS hub too. I said too much, but I can't hide these feelings.

What do you dislike about the product?
Please add a class option to drag-and-drop sections (dnd_sections) at least. I'm not kidding, but that's just one of my few dislikes. Lack of enough control (flexibility). We want more design freedom like adding the aforementioned class. I don't have to do a workaround for that.
Design freedom could also mean adding a tablet and large screen breakpoint, instead of the current mobile and desktop responsive breakpoints. A targetable dnd_section class (I'll leave your dev ops with figuring out what they do with their !important CSS rules) can cover the lack of sufficient design breakpoints for now.

Modular programming - HubSpot CMS Hub subdivides complex web applications into separate sub-programs or fragments called HTML-hubl modules. These modules easily integrate with your preferred frameworks and could also be made to look like you want them. These benefits me in a way that I could easily thinker a performant application that could rank quickly on search engines.
For example, using a require_js block to enqueue my javascript code and load the javascript asynchronously allows the script to be executed as soon as it’s ready while HTML parsing could continue. I might as well need a healthier-than-thou plugin for these on some fancy platforms, but could be done with one line of code on Hubspot CMS hub.

It's code free site builder breaks down boundaries for non-code users to create pages and blogs.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to co-create a whole website in a very little amount of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is not fully transparent to a new user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It let's us create a website without having to worry about destroying the source code
Best decision we ever made.
What do you like best about the product?
The insight and agility we gain from Hubspot CMS is incredible, It is well thought out and constantly being updated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all, every time we find a limitation, we seem tom post on the community group and it just gets patched a few months later.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agility in updating our website, and insights into its use, we would be lost without this information, it helps us close deals and intercept opportunities,
Industry standard. Loads of integrations. Easy for everyone to get started with.
What do you like best about the product?
Well if you get it right, when structuring you'll have a very easily maintainable website with great language support. Plenty of ways in the content to tailor towards regions etc with smart content. Very flexible for developers as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good to have more best practices. Typically when systems get complicated it's because it's trying to meet the needs of a lot of different ways of doing things. That has a tendency to give users more rope to hang themselves, so I would really like to see some tips on how to get the most of hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well, the whole setup regarding multi-language features and for translation agencies to integrate with that feature is great to speed up things, or else you'd have to copy-paste all content of a page into a document then send for translations and copy and paste back in.
Great
