An all-encompassing tool for the digital ecosystem
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is in one place: with one tool I can control the content of my site, manage my contacts, send them emails and newsletters, and analyse visit and conversion statistics. Managing content with drag and drop modules is very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I would like to have other page content modules, but these are not available by default or in the theme.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot CMS Hub allows you to easily edit the content of a page, or create a new landing page easily. This allows me not to waste time.

What do you like best about the product?
The concept of sales and marketing is very strategically smart, and that HubSpot was built to help you streamline the two is what I love most about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it's so robust, it can be a bit of a beast to fully comprehend. I'm sure I'll constantly be learning new things about it. However, they have a great support team who's very responsive and in-depth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us send and analyze smarter email campaigns to our target audience, and it's helping us build a sales strategy. We're still at the start of that process, but I know by using the tools provided we'll be well-positioned for success.

The flexibility and customization, with or without any coding expertise
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't just copy paste modules inside the CMS. Graphical interface sometimes a bit confusing when moving module on webpage

Integration of content, tracking, CRM and sales tools

What do you like best about the product?
Providing broad SEO recommendations, rich theme options for the website and the integration of the CRM is incredible. I also really like the constant support which made me feel like we are a team with HubSpot customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
As for my opinion; nothing! Actually, I believe that the vast positive facts erase the small mistakes in the platform. I only would recommend, if it's possible, adding an integration tool to add google reviews to websites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing a different point of view for me to reach out to customers. The SEO recommendations definitely opened our view toward clients and the sector. Also, I wouldn't be able to do this much in another platform this fast. So I also gained much in time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way HubSpot connects with my other marketing efforts. By having my website, CRM, sales funnel, and email system all in one place makes it easy to manage. This also gives access to numerous possibilities for workflows, lead scoring ,and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot needs to work heavily on the UX and UI for development. Both the front end and back end. These are non-flexible and fall behind other CMS tools. I would also love a better on-page SEO tool, similar to Yoast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot CMS offers easy opportunities for lead generation and lead intelligence gathering. Seeing exactly what contacts are doing on our website is extremely valuable information for our BD team.
Robust, easy to use CMS
What do you like best about the product?
I've used a lot of CMSes (including popular options likes SquareSpace and Wordpress) in my time, and Hubspot is the best of the bunch. With its templates, clearly organized systems, and vast knowledge base, Hubspot's CMS makes building and maintaining a website straight forward and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside to Hubspot's CMS is getting templates and modules set up. It takes a decent amount of time to get everything coded and set up, and if you need to make changes to the template down the road, it can eat up time. However, once things have been set up correctly, building a new page using those pre-set templates or modules is breeze.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot CMS is an all-in one solution that integrates directly with the rest of our marketing efforts. It makes coordinating between the rest of the digital marketing team much easer than having to access a variety of different tools.

What do you like best about the product?
With HubSpot, you create a platform that is the hub of all your marketing activities. We love the automation possibilities in workflows, combined with the possibilities of email marketing. Templates and files are also very important to us and can be managed very cool in HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Marketing Hub attempts an all-around attack and therefore cannot keep up with specialists in some disciplines. For example, the creation of landing pages is not quite as user-friendly as with some competitors. There are also a few technical limitations as soon as you go a little deeper and want to make further adjustments. For example, only a double opt-in email is possible, and only in one language.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First and foremost, we can significantly reduce the manual effort through the HubSpot solution. Email automation and /-personalisation are functions that enable us to communicate with our customers in a targeted manner. With the help of lead scoring and /-nurturing, we are also significantly more efficient in the handover to sales for "sales-qualified leads".
The easiest most user friendly marketing automation platform
What do you like best about the product?
That its user friendly, support articles are extremely straightforward and helpful and if I can't find my answers there their support team is quick to respond with guidance. OUr team now has everything in one place vs. multiple when it comes to content utilization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently having issues since we've transitioned from Marketo to HS with HS landing our emails in spam folders, something we've never experienced with Marketo. Also there's no way to review spam score or domain authority through the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better clarity into our marketing analytics, a better user experience and a cohesive platform for our brands content assets. I feel more confident in my marketing efforts due to the amount of support that HubSpot provides vs. when we were using Marketo.
