Great platform, but not great pricing
What do you like best about the product?
It is a great marketing tool and really useful. It has so many features and is great to have with all in the one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has similar features to other competitors, but the price per month is outrageous. You either have a reasonable price package with almost nothing included or over a top price package ($1K per month) with what you need to be included. Nothing in the middle or fairly priced and it just doesn't seem right... so much so I actually thought I had an experienced sales rep on the call, but it's actually what their prices are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing automations and having a marketing eco-system all in one place

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Campaigns. Very intuitive. The process is very straight forward and reports are clear

Integrations/Data connections on the back end. We are having many issues connecting HubSpot to our TAS (Talent Acquisition System) Bullhorn

Email Campaigns/mass communication to former businesses, current clients, and prospects. Benefits include automation and workflows to streamline this process

CMS Hub + Themes = game changer
What do you like best about the product?
CMS Hub is designed to be marketer-friendly, with lots of resources and documentation available for developers to create amazing websites with some of the best hosting available (especially for the price).
What do you dislike about the product?
the biggest limitations right now are within the blogging platform, some of the features are not as up to date as the rest of it, but there are a lot of improvements already underway.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CMS Hub offers one-stop-shop platform for hosting your website, an asset marketplace to find the perfect theme, and helps companies build more powerful websites quicker.

Affordable CMS for Freelancers, Entrepreneurs, Gig-Workers, and Small Business
What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot CMS is built directly into the HubSpot platform. This makes it easy to switch between tasks and views when using their version of a drag and drop CMS.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more pricing options available for startups and freelancers who want to use HubSpots integrated suite of products including their CMS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot's CMS is a direct competitor of other popular content managment systems like WordPress or Squarespace. Their integrated CRM is also unmatched in my opinion.
Easy and intuitive tool for a business
What do you like best about the product?
First, I would like to say that I am a frontend developer and I am using Hubspot for more than a year. It's very intuitive. It didn't take me a long time to learn how it works. In comparison with its competitors, I believe that Hubspot is one of a kind and I would recommend it to my friends with an online business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it crashes and logs me out without any reason. Then my progress disappears and I have to start from the beginning. I also noticed that some co-workers are disappearing from version history. Besides that, I haven't got any other problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am building pages for a company. Therefore I am creating new modules on a daily basis. Hubspot automates all process and saves a lot of time. Co-workers, who don't know how to code, can change the content easily and it is a big plus.
Coding in this cms is a torture.
What do you like best about the product?
SEO tools are excellent. I like the drag and drop feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything else. It's a mess, and overall hard to code in it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No benefits for me as a developer, but our SEO team love this CMS.

What do you like best about the product?
What I liked best about HubSpot is that you can attract more of the right people by creating and sharing useful content, ad campaigns, and engaging with leads through personalized messages. It also gives our Sales team everything they need to sell in a more relevant way that's more efficient not just for our Sales Representatives, but for our customers/clients too.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't optimized for mobile. When browsing the internet on a mobile phone, you need to be forced to scroll from side to side to read a copy on a website. Furthermore, you have to pinch to zoom in because the words or buttons on a page are way too small.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot was able to solve lots of our problems everything from hosting our website to blogging, social media posting, email marketing, and more were combined on this platform which can be accessed from anywhere. Moreover, when a lead is ready to convert, they're easily passed onto our Sales Team which creates a seamless experience that greatly helps our company turn warm leads into Happy customers/clients.

To ensure great success in your Sales, you need a lead generation strategy that can grab attention, attract people to your business and persuades them that you're the best brand for them. Fortunately, the HubSpot platform can give your team the tools they need to perform at their best.
Easy to use, intuitive CMS
What do you like best about the product?
The easiness of use, with no need to investigate much before you are up and running.
What do you dislike about the product?
The creation of different mini-sites using different menus was a little harder to figure out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creation of different minisites for different product lines and different languages.
A bit of a learning curve at first but smooth sailing after
What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot CMS Hub allows me to build and manage my company's website without the need for a developer. I can spin up a new web page in 20 minutes or less. It also integrates seamlessly with HubSpot CRM and other products.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a bit of a learning curve to begin with, and some basic HTML/CSS knowledge is definitely recommended to get the most out of it. There are also some frustrating limitations that sometimes require inefficient workarounds.

Plugins and add-ons really extend the functionality

What do you like best about the product?
Content creation areas like landing pages, forms, and emails, are all drag, drop or clone which saves a lot of time. I also like the fact that you can integrate hubspot with other platforms and that sales and marketing functions can be integrated. This is especially useful if you are working on campaigns where the sales team is involved.
What do you dislike about the product?
The formatting can be quite finnicky, especially in the email section. It can be quite tricky when testing things out. For instance when setting up and testing a workflow, I tried to test the emails that go through to users. The test resulted in the emails being sent to me in a random order and not in order of the workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
THe Hubspot CMS hub has helped deliver a a good customer experience. Co-ordination between sales teams becomes simple. And it is easy to provide relevant data to the sales team that enable them to perform their jobs effectively.
