User-friendly CMS Software
What do you like best about the product?
Management of content I super easy, and I like that I can personalize the content for every visitor.
Optimization for every device is also reliable.
SEO recommendations are also helpful!

What do you dislike about the product?
Email integration is a little bit disappointing. Pricing changes rapidly, but there are not many improvements on the software. I just hope that they keep improving and implementing new features!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It took me a while to discover how different features are relevant to what I do. Global content and Page templates were helpful, but it's not clear how I can use them to solve specific problems.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of the automated emails and workflows. It will make your life easier.

What do you like best about the product?
CMS is straightforward to use especially when publishing a new blog post it also gives and provides some precious insights. The integration with CMS plus CRM assists our team to have much-informed data from what the client's preferences are. The outline and structure are easy to follow and integrate into, which is fantastic!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a need for a skilled web specialist in the team to assist in navigating the source code to the specific requirements of the organizations client needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recently there's been an addition of a drag and drop feature to make it easier to customize the look and style without purchasing any Add ons or additional 3rd party features to enhance the look.

The layout is kind of messy looking and could be improved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through HubSpot, we can automatically email clients in different stages of our pipelines which saves us a lot of time. We can also run reports with a lot of different options.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a large client base and lots of information to store on them, HubSpot may be for you. Especially if you would like to be able to take automatic actions on certain data fields.

A straightforward CRM platform
What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuitive to navigate and find the information you're looking for. The customizable analytics dashboards and reports and super helpful for accessing crucial information at a glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a bit difficult to customize for our unique use case. We had a concept of client > platform > license > program > user. We were able to mostly make it work for us, but it took a lot of trial and error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to more easily collaborate across teams and save time hunting down information manually in shared drives and the intranet. The reporting features means less time spent developing our own reports outside of the platform.

It works great for small-midsize businesses.

What do you like best about the product?
I used to work on WordPress Elementor and once I started using HubSpot I realised how extremely user friendly it is. It's really so simple you don't even need web development skills to run it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The design tools stuff can be a bit tricky. If I ever wanna add a new brand or a category, it is a bit of a mess there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pretty much making landing pages, blogs, and observing thier analytics.

Being part of Hubspot closed-loop reporting system makes this CMS really powerful for lead generation and marketing/sales initiatives.
What do you dislike about the product?
The flexibility of design is low and frustrating. Mobile optimization is also not as easy as it should be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demand generaation for MQLs and SQLs
HubSpot Academy has been extremely helpful in learning how to use the CMS.
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is very intuitive and connected. The editors are great. They give me the ability to create quality content without being confusing. And being able to see where each asset is used within the file manager is wonderful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The social media tools could be built upon. Right now they are very basic. I would like the ability to create polls from the post scheduler. Also, it took me a while to find some of the academy courses that were the most useful to me and I didn't know what order I should complete them in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're are looking at redoing our conversion paths and updating our websites to better suit our goals. Recently, our customer service and support teams have both migrated to hubspot as well, so it will be great to have everything connected.

Take time to review the academy resources when starting out. The courses and resources have been very helpful in creating our plan of how we're going to move forward.

What do you like best about the product?
The Ticketing Service of Hubspot is outstanding features like (Open Tickets, Unassigned Tickets). We also have elements of Notes in which we write notes makes it very useful for future use.

What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing part is very confusing for us, like there are many plans for different options.
They don't give any customer support service to the free plan, which we think should be given at least for assistance for new users.

We have integrated Hubspot CRM API with our System, and we use their features like the creation of Contact from our system to Hubspot and assigned tickets from our method to Hubspot makes these things very easy.
We also use this feature for marketing campaigns and adding users directly from System to Hubspot.
