Practical and intuitive CMS tool
What do you like best about the product?
The CMS tool is very intuitive and user friendly. Even without any knowledge about website design, you can easily put together a functional and good looking website.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could have more blocks available and the available blocks could allow more personalisation. Some of them don't allow for much customisation, which leads to not being exactly what we want them to look like/to do without asking a developer for help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously we had the support of an external company where we hosted the website and paid a retainer fee for any changes we wanted to do. With HubSpot CMS we manage the whole website and make the changes without having to pay that fixed and expensive fee.

What do you like best about the product?
Immediate help as from mail or chat or on call. This is the best option. As I am new on Hubspot it helps me a lot to learn and work with Hubspot. Also the Undo and Redo feature is so good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes call and chat option is not avaible and if i have an urgent work then it hurts me a lot .

The fact that you have flexibility on all modules and you can always add CSS code to fix issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, unless you know how to change things on the design tools, you cannot edit basic features.

Just get hands-on with Hubspot CMS and you will soon enough understand how to work with it.

It is incredible how it allows you to automate basically everything.

sometimes things are difficult to find, but you get used to them.

Powerful CMS platform which is constantly being tweaked and improved based on user feedback.

The simplicity, control and flexibility that the platform has for managing leads, customers and marketing activities.

Some features are still limited to coding, unlike the drag and drop functionality used elsewhere.

The best thing I like about CMS Hub is the Hub’s blogging and landing page tools which are very easy to use making it easy to grow traffic and generate leads for your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing in particular that I dislike about this software but one thing is for sure that it's really expensive. It could have been better if the prices were kept a little lower rather than that all is perfect.

I am a web Developer with my company and for the last month or two, we had been looking towards different web services and CMS to upgrade our website. Previously we were using WordPress but there were some issues which we faced for the controlling of website traffic, therefore, we required a CMS through which we can manage, generate leads and grow traffic as we are a software-based industry where we sell our products. Using Hubspot and developing a website on it, many of our problems have been solved.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for an easy-to-use website builder where you need to get your task done as soon as possible then this is the right tool. keeping in mind that it can be expensive but its services are soo good that you will know that you are paying your money right.
Hubspot CMS is the way to go if you want an all inclusive functioning website
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use with Hubspot CMS is amazing, the way to use drag and drop modules to do content population and design is so easy and everything is automatically optimized for mobile.
What do you dislike about the product?
More free templates will be an advantage, even though we can use drag and drop, it is also nice to use pre-designed templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been building customer websites with ease by having multiple team members do content population, and bringing in design elements with the drag and drop modules.
Ease of use to organize data
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create fields and report on those fields is invaluable in any CMS. HubSpot makes it easy for me to make informed decisions based on data collected.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I dislike about the software aside from how complex the system becomes once you really start digging into the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me the biggest problem is data collection. A large benefit is the simple, easy-to-read graphs I can create with the reporting of HubSpot.
