What do you like best about the product?
Super easyand very intuitive. I appreciate the frequency of new features and the incredibly responsive support I receive when I need help. I also love the reporting templates and how easy it is to customize them and create dashboards!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations in the starter and pro versions when it comes to building out customized workflows. Some of the features like target audience post on LinkedIn is not available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm saving lots of time.

What do you like best about the product?

The website builder is a bit lacking....
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We built our website with HubSpot rather than integrating it into another CMS. The ease of integration into the CRM with quick calls to action was a breeze and is something we continue to build upon daily.

Solid Software that Does it All

What do you like best about the product?
Having everything in one place. From your customer list to social media and everything in one place. It makes gathering data and producing reports a breeze. I very much like the campaign section to see all the attribution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although convenient, it is sometimes necessary to go outside the application to get things done. For example, there are some types of social posts, i.e. videos to Linkedin that auto-start can't be done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really is a benefit to have one tool produce data rather than going to the individual pieces then cobble it all back together to present information.

A powerful and relatively easy to use CMS

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot CMS is great if the primary function of your site is lead capture and you are already using Hubspot for CRM. They have made it very easy to create landing pages and integrate CTAs and forms. The quality and selection of themes has improved since I started using the CMS 6 months ago. The CMS editor is well designed and easy to use for non-technical content editors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The HubL markup language used in modules and templates has a learning curve and lacks the power and flexibility of PHP in Wordpress. I'm accustomed to having more control of caching by putting Cloudflare in front of my CMS. Unfortunately, Hubspot has its own implementation of Cloudflare which makes it difficult to fully optimize pages for fast loading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of landing pages to manage. Creating hundreds of dynamic landing pages with a HubDB table and a single page template has saved a lot of effort.

What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity and consistency. My assistant builds pages and posts with the quality of international brands. But she does it in minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like to see more website blocks and functionalities.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot centralized so many different softwares and costs for us. streamlining our operations and reducing costs!
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could use some modernization. As could the mobile apps. But overall still very usable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking at a new website and a new task manager system and a new email marketing solution. HubSpot solved all these problems.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you understand what you need for features so you can choose the right plan.

Ditched the WordPress and Upped our game

What do you like best about the product?
Speed and integration. HubSpot Marketing is already lighting fast and replaced our old CRM in a way we wished we'd done years before.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot CMS is very, very powerful. There is a learning curve, so we hired a consultant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our problem was the ongoing grief of managing a WordPress site. WordPress has always been a Frankenstein monster to get working properly and then security & maintenance are always (always) problematic. I word start most every day reviewing & updating add-ons and sometimes get stuck when one widget or another updated and crushed our website. Then, the widget march continued if we wanted any form of CRM integration. All that is gone with HubSpot CRM & CMS (all and honestly ALL is gone.)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get a recommendation from HubSpot on two or three partners to help develop & launch your site. There are too many opportunities to open doors for later use if you just treat it as a web hosting platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I love utilizing customer support to present the goal and ideas I have and then develop a plan for utilizing HubSpot CMS to make it happen. The support representatives I work with always have creative ways to make things happen and are always willing to jump in and present multiple options on solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything. I do wonder if there would be a way to have an account manager who is more present in the support process. There is a lot of context I have to provide each time I speak with a new support person. I wonder if we could have more regular contact with an account manager who can help us with long term development.

It isn't always easy to run the reports, nor to find the specific info I need. The website CMS leaves a bit to be desired.
