Hubspot CMS Hub review
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to use drag and drop features even if they're custom coded, the ease at which users can adjust margins/padding, and background features
What do you dislike about the product?
The autosave feature will jump the scrollbar back to the top of the screen every 1-2 minutes, makes it difficult to edit a page for an extended period. The drag and drop feature is finicky and doesn't always show the icons needed to access options or remove sections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a facelift to the website. It's easy to design a new page within the limitations of the pre-set themes, templates, and modals.

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use and learn. Their customer service is the absolute best. I have contacted them numerous times and they always go above and beyond to help me out and get any issues I might have resolved.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is expensive and it gets even more expensive when you add on certain features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that everything is in one place and easy to use and navigate. Everything we need is consolidated into one platform.
Great end to end platform
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is straightforward to use and provides a business with a CRM, CMS, Front end website, Email service provider, Social media management, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The social media management portion needs more work to improve different posting options, competitive intelligence, and no ability to test out new social avenues (example: Tik Tok).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The HubSpot CMS Hub provides me with an end-to-end customer experience which makes analyzing customer trends, customer feedback, and sales more effective within the platform.

The platform is flexible around your organizational needs and can be implemented quickly within small to medium-sized businesses.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot is a centralized place where I can track users across my organization's website, store contacts, review all of their activity, and integrate with other APIs and third-party platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The website building experience and the marketplace has still a long way to go, especially if you are coming from a big ecosystem like WordPress
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having our organization's website and marketing/sales data in one place. It is much easier to control and understand the flow of data by having a centralized platform like HubSpot.
I believe Hubspot is great for many things but it does sometimes leave something to be desired

The Content Management part of Hubspot is great, especially managing content in various languages

It can be a bit annoying from a developer's standpoint. Some bugs with the local development tools and some things that are restricted.

Any help you need is readily available and clear to find - it is a very intuitive system. I like the SEO tool and the ability to work through and check off tasks.

The email automation software we have sometimes found hard to use.

We used to have multiple systems in different places but as a team we can all view them in one easy place now.

The drag and drop tool is extremely intuitive and helps to create and manage multiple pages with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get very tough to implement very specific design elements off the bat - like you can with other builders. It isn't impossible, just tougher.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary advantage of HubSpot's CMS is how well it integrates with the other parts of the CRM. If you're invested in the HubSpot ecosystem, it makes complete sense to use HubSpot CMS.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the Hubspot CMS is incredible. I used WordPress & Easypublish: always complicated to set up the content as expected + no SEO tools.
With HubSpot: drag & drop, copy/paste, simple edition, simple stats, just perfect.

Maybe the management of spacing and sections. That's it.

What do you like best about the product?
That CSMS is automatically connecting to the Hubspot CRM, enriching leads with user data from the website.
What do you dislike about the product?
That is not always accurate when it comes to tracking the source of the website traffic.

Easy to use and get data directly into the CRM.

Perfect option if you are looking for an easy and fast CMS and want to get more data on your collected leads from the website.
Easy, well priced and has many features
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it has so many features. I don't need a wordpress account, separate CRM and then another ticket system + mailchimp - it's such a relief.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have honestly not found anything. I would maybe like more options for styling when it comes to mobile applications when making landing pages. I've found workarounds so this is not a big problem and I suspect this will get better over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy for my team members to use, no technical knowledge is necessary. I absolutely love having a dashboard report for all the metrics - being able to share this with shareholders and management is fantastic.
The a/b-testing and design is super nice and lets me tweak and change things as i see fit. It's awesome.
