Developing an agile and comprehensive natural language solution with Omilia

What do you like best about the product?
The implentation team was excellent. They understood our requirements quickly and were quick to fix any issues we uncovered in testing. They also provided great ideas as the natural language expert. Post go live Omilia has easy to use features that allow us to easily see what our customers are asking for. It also has easy to use features to modify flows and prompts as needed to assist our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is an out of the box template. It doesnt provide use all the information we needed. We needed to create our own reporting values so we could develop custom reports. Post go live support often takes a bit of time to reply with findings or solutions to our incident tickets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Omilia is solving problems with being able to quickly identify what our customers needs are and creating quick solutions to assist our customers. With our previous vendor things like changing prompts or flows took extended time and money. With Omilia the power to change those things are in our hands so we can help our customers sooner.
