A friendly and easy to use SOC2 platform, very comfortable to prepare for audits

1. Great customer care, quick response time, easy communications.
2. Setup calls and walkthrough were good. This was a simple and smooth process.
3. Available templates to use for policies, other than writing them yourself.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. Tasks management - either in the platform, Jira or via Monday. Could be nice to have a Linear integration for tasks as some owners are Devs.
2. Workspace UI - could be nice to have sorting and not just filtering (for example, asc/desc), as well as a Kanban or Table view to manage the controls.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a tool to simplify the SOC 2 compliance and auditing process, instead of doing it all "in-house". The Cypago platform lets you prepare that quite simply, upload evidence easily, and also allows guest users for auditors, making it quite smooth for the whole parties involved in the SOC 2 process.
