What do you like best about the product?

It has turned our SOC2 compliance from a nightmare into something we can handle without freaking out. It plugs right into our cloud services and code libraries, making everything smoother and faster. Before, compliance took forever. Now, it's just part of what we do, and it doesn't mess up our day-to-day. I also need to give a shout-out to their support team. They're super quick to help out and really know their stuff, which makes a huge difference.

What do you dislike about the product?

While their integration library is comprehensive, there are a couple of gaps for tools we use. I’ve requested support, so we’ll see if they add them.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cypago helps to make SOC2 compliance easier, without letting it take over everything else we're doing. The automation and how it works with our existing tools means less grunt work and fewer mistakes. Basically, we can stay on top of compliance without it slowing us down, letting us focus on the bigger picture stuff. Plus, it helps us ensure that we're doing the whole security and compliance thing smarter, not harder.
