Further, using the platform is easy. Our team appreciated the straightforward setup process, which allowed us to get up and running with minimal hassle. I also appreciate the integrations. Cypago integrates with various other tools and systems we use - this was a game changer. It not only streamlined our compliance process but also automated several aspects of evidence collection and control management.

What do you dislike about the product?

Cypago has a long list of integrations, but some more niches ones are missing. More integrations would be beneficial.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our primary challenge was managing the SOC 2 process efficiently with limited resources. Cypago helped to address this by providing a streamlined, easy-to-navigate platform that simplified evidence collection and especially user access reviews. Closing our security posture gaps, compiling documents and collaborating with auditors became much easier, allowing us to focus more on our core business. Additionally, the integration capabilities and policy templates offered by Cypago were helpful when setting up our initial security processes, laying a strong foundation for our ongoing cyber compliance ops.
