the easy was to mange ISO compliance and track changes
What do you like best about the product?
An easy way to gather all the tasks and information required for company compliance. We connected many data sources, which helped us automate the process instead of running after print screens and Excel sheets.

What do you dislike about the product?
We were missing some key integration added only after our ISO audit. It took time to stable the system during the onboarding process, but we solved everything and went forward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cypago shortened the time to collect all ISO evidence and kept them up to date the entire audit period (Including now on the second control audit). I do not need to attach new evidence for some sections for the next audit because of the automatic update. In addition, I did;t need to send any data to the auditor using a non-secure email or drive, and during the audit, he directly accessed the system and checked the evidence. That shrank the data leakage risk during the audit.

What do you like best about the product?
Cypago is a very user friendly and organized solution for any IT compliance project. As an auditor, it makes the process very smooth, allowing us to focus on the important tasks and client service.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike about Cypago. Anything that helps the audit progress smoother is a win in my book!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cypago solves the problem of making a security audit very smooth, and even dare I say enjoyable!

As compared to other tools, Cypago lacks integrations with some SaaS tools, but it is constantly being improved.

What do you like best about the product?
The catalog of security frameworks helps to quickly get started with those that are most popular: SOC, SOX, ISO, HIPAA, etc. The interface for the list of controls is unique (compared to most other platforms which uses a spreadsheet layout.) The Cypago team is friendly and is willing to help with formatting and adding fixes quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cypago is still a growing company and will need to continue building integrations with other security tools, like scanners and policy management platforms. Also, having a team in the US for support rather than having to rely soley on a team in Israel would be highly convenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cypago helps our team to quickly upload evidence for multiple frameworks while collaborating with auditors using guest accounts. The integration with Atlassian products helps to send tasks directly to project trackers for faster remediation of control findings.

What do you like best about the product?
Cypago completely revolutionise the way compliance is done in SaaS companies, by automating the bigger part of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to see more cloud services supported as part of the automated control management (e.g. managed kafka, managed elasticsearch, redis and others).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cypago is automating our ISO27001, SOC2 and GDPR compliance efforts, by scanning and managing all the technical and non-technical controls. This saves as a lot of time and effort.

What do you like best about the product?
The integration to cloud and CI/CID systems was smooth. After the enviroment was connected the ability to gather and add evidence while interacting with the auditor saves the lion share of actual auditing time.
The support from the team was great, overall it made the process as smooth as can be.

What do you dislike about the product?
Small tweaksthat are needed and will be probably done soon to cover the interaction with technical stacks that are part of the audit process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Essentailly the way I view the auditing process there are three main aspects - (1) gathering evidences, (2) writing needed documentation (3) Auditor interaction. Cypago automates (1) and (3) and takes down the amount of time needed to complete (2) by providing the needed templates. Overall this is and probobly would evolve to a single pane of glass regarding the Sec/Cloud complaince process.

Overall, SOC 2 is one of the most annoying things to spend your time on, so I don't know how a product can solve it:
-Some integrations were missing or were in beta (such as for Monday.com).

Cypago automates thre controls and evidence gathering. It creates a framework for managing the audit preparations and the audit itself.

What do you dislike about the product?
I was hoping to use the Linear integration before our first audit, and it wasn't ready at that time. But it is ready now, so we will be able to use it in our next audit
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
as a startup offering a SaaS cybersecurity solution, I knew I needed a SOC2 Type 2 certification. Doing it on my own would have been a major hurdle, especially with the limited resources we have at the moment. We were looking for a tool that will simplify the process for us. Using Cypago in such an early stage of our company was also helpful in setting some of our security processes, so that was another plus.
Completing ISO27001 with Cypago was smooth and with minimal effort.
What do you like best about the product?
We integrated all of our organizational systems to obtain a comprehensive and transparent view of any security gaps. We established a straightforward process and checklist that outlines what needs to be done to prepare for an audit. The auditor was familiar with Cypago, and as soon as he saw that we had everything in order, the audit went smoothly and was completed quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more freedom in writing notes and comments for internal use. Although integrating with the company's systems was difficult in some instances, we received all the necessary assistance to overcome these challenges.

I have identified and addressed all security vulnerabilities within the company.
