What do you like best about the product?

That's soo easy to use, Notion tasks managment helped me soo much, and it was easy to integrate on our Contact form, where we get new leads, each lead, new page, and with that it helped our daily work to manage tasks and clients.

We use everyday, the first thing I do on my work day is check the task, and see who is doing what!

Never thought it would help me sooo much, I really wasn't an organized person, but now I think I'm :)

What do you dislike about the product?

It was not easy at first, I needed to watch a couple of video tutorials, and as the company already used for some tasks, we only needed to manage new items and where to put, but basically the first week at this job I needed to learn how to use the platform, I never needed the customer support, so I can't tell anything about it

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The integration with our contact form, to organize any new lead.
To create an timeline of our tasks and to note what are the current projects that each one is doing, and each one of our projects has the specific groups. Each group takes care of different parts of the company, we integrate it all in Notion
