What do you like best about the product?
As a user of this digital security platform I can say that thanks to the use of its functions and digital security tools I have managed to eliminate vulnerabilities in my work networks, I can face digital threats and quickly protect the integrity and confidentiality of all my digital work.
In addition, Saner CVEM is a plataform in constant innovation, its servers offer the best operational performance and allow you to integrate it to all your IT processes, improving the quality of your work and increasing your operational efficiency.

What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything bad or negative related to the functions of this system, it has responded very well to me and I have achieved better technical results since I adopted it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to the use of the services and digital security tools of this system my organization has been able to strengthen our digital security practices, improve our virtual environment and fight favorably against any malware that threatens our virtual operations.
Great for continuous compliance and endpoint visibility
What do you like best about the product?
We adopted SanerNow as a part of our managed security service offerings and it has quickly become a cornerstone of how we deliver endpoint security, patch management and compliance reporting. For a project, we deployed SanerNow agent to about 80 machines across a fintech infrastructure - including Windows, Linux and some macOS devices, and within hours we had a clear picture of their vulnerability landscape. What I like best was the rich feature set accessible from a single console. It also allowed us to perform automated vulnerability scans and even manage applications remotely. Their support team was extremely helpful during rollouts. We connected them with questions about setting up custom compliance policies and they even suggested automation templates for recurring audits.
What do you dislike about the product?
The multi tenant support could be improved. As a service provider managing policies and report across different clients, environment from one account could be smooth. We had to create workarounds using naming conventions. Additionally, integration with slack for real time, alerting could also be a valuable addition..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SanerNow has significantly streamlined our service delivery model. For client security reviews, we can now generate automated monthly reports that shows vulnerability trends, patch history and compliance scores, and all those can be pulled from the console in minutes.
Impressive vulnerability detection and patch automation.
What do you like best about the product?
One of the biggest challenge for us was keeping our systems up to date with security patches, especially when devices were not regularly connected to the VPN. SanerNow’s cloud based patch management feature solve this problem immediately for us. The agent was lightweight, installed easily via email invites, and we could start scanning and patching devices without needing them to be on the corporate network. Another highlight of SanerNow is its role based access control feature. Using this, I could create specific role for help desk teams and compliance managers, restricting access to only the modules they needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial dashboard load time can lag slightly when handling large data sets, specially when pulling full reports on the vulnerability or asset compliance data. It’s not a big deal but can slowdown daily checks a bit. Also, while integration with cloud platforms like as AzureAD, it is not always plug and play.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has made our cross department collaboration more efficient, specially between IT and compliance team. The reporting features although not very fancy visually, but it gives enough details to satisfy audit requirements. Overall, SanerNow has made our security operations more efficient than ever.

What do you like best about the product?
We used SanerNow during a major security compliance audit preparation in Q3 last year. Our team was responsible with ensuring that over 300 endpoints across departments compiled with internal security benchmark within a tight deadline. SanerNow played a key role in this task. What I like best was how quickly we could deploy the agent across devices and start getting real-time vulnerable data. Additionally, its dashboard is intuitive, even for some of our new team members who had not worked with vulnerability management tool before.
What do you dislike about the product?
While SanerNow integrates with several third-party tools, its integration with legacy asset management software is limited. I had to build a custom script to sync some of the asset data. A more flexible integration module or even custom support would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automatic patch deployment schedules have reduced our manual patching tasks by over 60%, freeing up the team to focus on more strategic tasks like threat modeling and security training. Since, SanerNow provides real time compliance status, our audit preparation has become less stressful and more proactive.

I would like the initial installation process to be much faster and efficient, at the beginning it is a bit slow to achieve the successful installation of this security software.

Simplifies IT security with real-time threat monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
A key use case of SanerNow was when we had to quickly detect and mitigate a zero day vulnerability that impacted our organization. Our security team needed a fast way to identify affected devices and deploy patches efficiently. Due to its fast vulnerability scanning, SanerNow identified all risks endpoints within minutes. I also like it's centralized security dashboard which allowed us to monitor security risks in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had some challenges deploying patches to certain endpoints but that got resolved after we reached out to SanerNow's customer support team. Their support was one of the best experience we had with security tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our security team has seen a 30% reduction in manual efforts for vulnerability management after adapting SanerNow. It's real time threat monitoring helps us react quickly and improve security. Additionally SanerNw has significantly improved our vulnerability management workflow making security operations more proactive.
A comprehensive cybersecurity tool with some learning curve
What do you like best about the product?
Since we have a hybrid workforce, ensuring that all remote systems were patched on time was a major challenge. We implemented SanerNow to automate endpoint security and compliance tracking. One critical use case was managing security patches and compliance updates across remote employees devices. It also helped us in deploying security updates automatically, reducing manual interventions.
What do you dislike about the product?
During the initial rollout, we struggled with onboarding remote devices, particularly those on slow internet connections. But this issue was quickly resolved by SanerNow customer support team and they even provided a custom script to optimise patch deployment for slow connections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With built in compliance tracking, we ensures all endpoints meet required security standards without extra effort. Overall SanerNow has streamlined our remote security management and I would recommend SanerNow for teams managing remote workforce security.
A solid cybersecurity solution with smooth automation
What do you like best about the product?
Our IT security team implemented SanerNow to improve thread detection across our organisation. A specific challenge we faced was tracking and fixing unpatched vulnerabilities across 500+ devices after a cyber security risk assessment. Proactive threat detection and automated remediation are few of my favourite features in SanerNow. Because of end point visibility feature, we can get a clear and real time view of security risks across all devices which has enhanced our security.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform offers pre-build security reports, we wanted more customisation options to trailer reports for executive reviews. Despite this minor issue, the benefits of SanerNow has outweighed the challenges.

Overall, SanerNow now has been a reliable addition to our cyber security strategy. Tasks like vulnerability scanning and patching are now automated, saving us hours of work. If they enhance integration capabilities and reporting flexibility, it would be even more powerful.
