What do you like best about the product?
The best part was the support we received during implementation. Simon and Ojas guided us through tricky details and made the transition smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
can't say, there wasn't anyhting i didn't like
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It automates repetitive tasks, which improves our workflow. Workers are free to focus on other priorities, and erors from manual processing nearly gone

Love the Platform - Especially the new version of the portal

What do you like best about the product?
I loved the Affinda Interface - super easy to get started and set up models that are perfectly customised to our documents. The new version of the portal has been a great improvement, its super user friendly and clean design. It's been great how many new features they release every month, making it easier and easier to use
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints - we have found it really great so far
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used Affinda to replace manual checking of documents at our office, it now populates into our downstream systems instantly after we receive them. We loved the email upload option as that's how we receive alot of our customers documents - we send it straight to our affinda mailbox and it does everything instantly!

What do you like best about the product?
Implementation was smooth thanks to Archie and Simon helping guide us. Having knowledgeable support made it much easier to set up correctly from the start.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some parts weren't super intuitive at first, but we were able to get all questions answered quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don’t spend time manually typing out information from documents anymore.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that once we set it up, we rarely need to monitor it closely. The accuracy holds up and the platform doesn’t break workflows. That reliability makes planning easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
No comment. It worked to our expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It reduces manual intervention and increases overall efficiency. We are now able to process more documents each day without increasing headcount.

What do you like best about the product?
The pricing felt fair and aligned with the value delivered. Accuracy is high enough that we can use it in production without heavy oversight.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially needed help, but the team was quick to support and helped us reach accuracy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It increases efficiency by reducing the time we spend transforming and cleaning data. Straight-through processing has made integrations smoother.

What do you like best about the product?
Pricing is fair for the value we get. The platform feels dependable and the extraction accuracy has saved us countless hours. It is not flashy but it does its job well.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is clear and the workflows feel natural. We were able to see time to value almost immediately. Charlotte and Ojas helped us through the implementation, and their support made the whole process less stressful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up the integration wasn’t out of the box, took us approx. ~1 day of dev time to integrate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It eliminates manual processing, which used to be a drag on the team. The automation has freed up workers to focus on customer-related work instead of repetitive data handling.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked how easy it was to get started. The product documentation made it straightforward to understand each step, and the API reference filled in any gaps. The accuracy has been consistent, which gives us confidence in letting the system run without much supervision.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, everything was pretty positive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is taking over manual data entry that previously slowed down our team. With document classification and extraction, we can push files through without constant human checking. This frees up people for higher value work.

What do you like best about the product?
We liked Affinda as they are based in Australia and had a great support team who were able to help us configure the platform and get really great accuracy straight away.

Good experience!! there wasn't any issues

Before we had to do all our back-end document processing manually - it was really slow and time consuming. We needed to have a whole team to do it. Now its automated so we save time and resources, its also more accurate.

What do you like best about the product?
Affinda does a great job at automating our document processing. It was really easy to get set up and configure it to our specific business needs. We now don’t need to manually review all of our documents, they are automatically sent to our downstream systems. The documentation was really helpful during set up and the support we got from the team at Affinda was exceptional.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it worked exactly as we needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We receive various documents that we need to process efficiently. Using affinda speeds up this process by sending them straight to our other systems without someone from my team needing to review them. We used the validation rules feature to apply our business logic so any documents that have errors would get flagged.
