Amazing Tech & Knowledge
What do you like best about the product?
We've just signed up for Affinda's API and I'm in love. We're a travel company and process all kinds of documents - passports, insurance, flight docs. Passports are a go - it took us very little time to get it live using their simple API - and the ability for them to develop custom models with very few sample docs is mind-blowing.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet. Enjoying everything so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team is spending a lot of time processing documents and there's just no value added. We've had issues with mistakes being made just due to the repetitive nature of the processing. All these things cost more than what a Affinda costs.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use Affinda's API, and even easier to do business with them. Very fast and efficient service
What do you dislike about the product?
API credits could be purchased by credit card, but I believe they should implement that soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Affinda to convert resume's unstructured data to database's structured data. This helps my platform users to register faster and focus on other more important things in the product.

What do you like best about the product?
The affinda team is attentive to its customers and responds quickly to their questions

I have no negative comments about Affinda
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Affinda provides a proper resume parser that helps to complete profiles from our clients. The resume parser gets almost all the relevant information from a file and formats this data to make it easy to read.
Great product
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent API and model, extremely reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. We just built the integration maybe one year ago and it just kept running very smoothly. I barely remember it exits while ripping all of its benefits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm automatically reading my candidates resumé and saving it's details in an structured way.

What do you like best about the product?
Affinda ID extraction, Resume parsing, JD parsing, search and match worked well and were aligned with our requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few issues :
1. JD parsing in V2 was much better than in V3. V2 allows text parsing which is more diserable. JD , unlike resume, are entered as TEXT in almost all portals. In V3, there is a need to convert it into text doc for it to parse.
Few job titles from JD and resume were not parsed properly (.Net devloper etc)
.Net is a very common programming language and this needs to be resolved.

Quick, Easy, Accurate
What do you like best about the product?
V3 is the best example of modern API docs a developer could ask for. Everything is quick and accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like my documents auto added to an index for their ai product
