Helpful program for all levels
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use platform, keeps our training materials organized, great to be able to track progress of employee training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of that is a major 'dislike'. Perhaps some of the buttons can be labeled differently or in a better spot but that is a small thing that is easy to get used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time for managers when new employees can take initial trainings on Cypher Learning instead of one-on-one sessions with them. Tracking employee trainings to ensure completion and understanding. Employees can self-enroll whenever a refresher or new training is needed.
Best LMS on the planet! REALLY
What do you like best about the product?
I have been an educator since 1988. I went into business for myself in 2008 and an online course creator. I joined Cypher Learning in 2013.
What do I like best?
-Tech support is top notch and they respond in a timely fashion.
-The admin team is also the best. They are to support and train as needed along the way.
-The LMS is easy to use.
-The apps are endless. I am still adding them.
-Cutting edge company. The new teacher co-pilot is an incredible tool and we are just getting started.

What do you like best about the product?
Since the beginning they have been very supportive with our request and needs, especially the Support Forum, which really give a big help for understanding the usage of the platform. Employees didn't have a hard time in using the platform both desktop and mobile app visually.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tho they currently have available multiple language for the page only, I was trying to look for built in translator for the uploaded videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform has very wide range of features and because of that, there's a lot to learn to move around the site. Because of their Support Forum is has never been that so much hard they have patiently provided instructions and investigations when we face errors with our work. I hope the support remains free as they are really helpful.

wider reach & easy access of learning courses. Our employees are able to access learning courses even in the wee hours of the night for our night shifters.

I regret to say that our experience with this LMS has been negative. While they were extremely attentive and responsive when it came to getting money from us, their behavior took a drastic turn when issues and conflicts arose.
Initially, we were impressed with their sales pitch and the promises they made about their LMS. They assured us of excellent customer support, and the ability to use specific integration functionality which was crucial for us, and claimed to be available for assistance. However, when we encountered real problems, particularly regarding the system's functionality, their responsiveness disappeared into the air.
They were miraculously available at all hours to discuss payments, but when it came to addressing the issues that were plaguing our LMS experience, they vanished. Despite repeated follow-ups, emails, and reminders, they chose to ignore our inquiries for assistance.
In addition to their unresponsiveness, their failure to resolve conflicts and provide adequate support has severely impacted our ability to effectively utilize this LMS. As a result, our organization's training and educational initiatives have been severely hindered, causing frustration among both our staff and learners.
I strongly advise caution before considering this LMS for your educational or training needs. If you encounter any issues or conflicts, don't expect any meaningful assistance or resolution from them. Our experience with this LMS has been very disappointing.

What do you like best about the product?
The software is very innovative, intuitive and complete. The software is fully customizable and can create, configure and manage educational content for organizations that require it. The navigation is really intuitive and simple, where any student or professional can feel comfortable using the software. It is completely in the cloud and the design of the application is very modern, unlike other LMS that can be seen in the labor market. Within the software we have very complete options of which I want to highlight the ability to perform evaluations, create didactic courses, manage content and finally also offer excellent communication channels to perform the required monitoring of each user. A very collaborative tool, it is a space that really focuses on improving the experience among users.
What do you dislike about the product?
First, I must emphasize that the program has given me few problems since I had the opportunity to conduct several courses within it, however, I must be critical of the price as there are other LMS platforms that can cost less and perform the same function, without detracting from the work done by Cypher. The calendar function should be improved, please, we need more organization in the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We implemented this service because we wanted to provide training courses to our employees in the area of software development and mobile applications, so the tool allows us to monitor the progress of anyone who wants to take the course within the platform, i fact, we can track all progress and verify individual performance by awarding badges to the most outstanding of the program, we have managed within the platform to create dynamic content that has also been very useful for all those who need training in the area of hiring. Throughout the process the tool allowed us to generate reports and perform detailed analysis, achieving in the process to provide the necessary help for the topics taught in the courses, the instructors have taken the tool wonderfully.

How easy it is to create and evaluate tasks, tests, etc., as well as how organized it is when evaluating activities, allowing me to maintain a very adequate control of each student.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is difficult for students to access from some devices, or activities appear cut off on the screen. When trying to drag the answers, they moved out of place.

Online assessments, grade control, communication with parents and students. Control of assessments individually or in groups, assignment of activities.
