Excellent learning platform I love it.
What do you like best about the product?
The option to create custom classes tailored to our organization's needs is my favorite aspect of this software. The mobile software makes it possible for workers who have training to do it from any location. It's great that there's always someone available to answer questions about the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if there were more ways to customize complex reports to meet a wide range of reporting needs. Increasing the number of available integrations would also improve the effectiveness of this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's been crucial since it offers us easy access to all of our training and education materials, making course preparation much more manageable. The reporting and analytics functions have also improved.

What do you like best about the product?
Access to online courses is granted upon successful authentication through our Profile Manager system, which in turn is linked to our Active Directory system. Matrix Learning Management System collaborates with our support staff to maintain the infrastructure behind certificate-granting and course-selling online learning modules. Optional access/fee structures can also be implemented via membership groups.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Cypher Learning Platform's reduced user security is perhaps the least popular aspect of the service. While inspecting the site's backend, it may be easy for some hackers to break in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Students and teachers are in close quarters. Some students have trouble communicating with others in a traditional classroom setting, therefore online learning is the perfect solution. NEO LMS makes it simple for me to keep up with my current course while I'm working off-campus as part of my OJT.

CYPHER has been an excellent collaborator ever since the pandemic began and will continue to be so until children can return to traditional classroom settings. Teachers have benefited greatly from students' capacity to learn at their own speed and study at any time. Given the unique nature of our school's curriculum, this serves as an excellent resource for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certificate year, quarter dates, and the appearance of grades are just a few examples of things that can be tricky to update all at once. An alternative would be a way to choose or deselect only the classes that will use this setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I recently became aware of the change that drastically decreased the possibility of making a wrong assumption about the parent class's position. Simply adding the section button to the parent class has no effect on its children.

The best thing about Cypher is there user friendly interface because of which its very easy to use for any new user and get the learning materials easily.
