Matrixlms is used for our Online Computer Web Based courses for our staff and the Schools in Texas
What do you like best about the product?
The system authenticates with our Profile Manager system that links it with our Active Directory system to auto-create/login to access online courses for completion certificates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had a problem with this system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Matrix LMS works with our support team on supporting the system housing computer-based courses that grant certificates and allow the sale of courses. Also, membership groups allow access/fee control options.

User-friendliness, visually appealing, dashboard management, and the management of classes as a teacher

connectivity of students with our LMS in some countries, i.e. Ghana, Namibia

reachability for our faculty where they have advancement in handling their respective classes thru NEO LMS, more in-depth training is highly recommended
Cypher learning. Or neo lms has improved a lot in terms of new features

Its being a reliable partner by promptly and patiently responding to all our suggestions and ensuring that we get to deliver quality service to all our stakeholders.

None. The service and commitment of Cypher Learning with our institution has been doing great so far, and we would like to sustain our partnership with them in the years to come.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Platform security. Its Engineering & IT solutions team has been with us every step of the way in resolving security concerns with our LMS domain. It has been resolved professionally and seamlessly.

Gamification/badge system. It is good for student engagement

About the analytics of the learners. So that I can easily check and evaluate the skills competency of my students

Based on the discussion, I think the downside of using neo lms is too much depency of the students to the technology

About the lesson planning and evaluation of the students or learners. You can easily monitor the status of the learners.

Its graphical and colorful interface is what makes me like NEO LMS most

There is nothing to dislike actually. But it's a bit pricey thiugh.

We are able to deliver instruction even during disruption of formal classroom classes

What do you like best about the product?
I use it for competency mapping to track my student performance, see what skills they are achieving and skills that needs to be improve. I also like the gamification because it encourages and motivate our students to utilize the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally there is nothing that I dislike. I feel like all parts are equally important and serves it purpose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me a lot with competency mapping, tracking and monitoring student improvement. With that, it's easier for me to give intervention to students who needs it.

I don't see the number of particular student when the class size is less than 50

It is very helpful in course creation and the ease of its use to facilitate learning in an online platform.
