Amazing Experience with NEO LMS
What do you like best about the product?
NEO LMS has everything a teacher and a student need. It is user-friendly because it is easy to navigate. Its automation makes my work quick and easy. All features are useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there is nothing I dislike so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The delivery of online classes specifically asynchronous classes. As a teacher, I do not have to worry about content uploading because NEO LMS supports varied file types such as videos, PDF, JPG, PPT, and Word Documents.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the features of Neo on its accessibility in various links and lessons for classes..It is also a very good app for distance learning as well as new platform in the now.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides of neo is offline operations. I think neo must have that feature for offline navigation.
Nevertheless, it is as well good in answering costumers inquiry.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have issues on grade exporting last semester, but neo tech support team had been so accommodating and my problems have been resolved in a day. that's why I have an ease of working with neo lms
NEO LMS Friendly Platform
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most in NEO is that when giving assignments and exams you can set it automatically given and then I can set up maintaining academic honesty. Another one is the support of people in conducting training for new features, guiding and solving when problems are arising.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not that dislike, however when it comes to Team assignment it should be per task and only one submission per team and grade. Some tasks have different members however when you change the members, the other done task is also affected. Then for the submission, even if one of the members already submitted the other members still with a flag that they not yet submitting even is a team. So individually will submit even the same output.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One problem I encountered is when students took the quiz, the system didn't capture their submissions, I post in the forum and the technical support answer. I am benefiting from it as one of the support in our school when it arises from other professors, I can answer it directly.

Here are the things I like best in NEO LMS.
1. User-friendly. Teachers and students mastered easily the use and features of the platform.
2 A wide opportunity to use NEO LMS for marketing.
3. We don’t experience major downtime issues affecting the users, especially during online examinations.
4. Support team was very responsive.
5. Maintenance downtime of Cypher is short, rate, and announced.
6. It is recognized and given credits during accreditations.

To be honest, none so far. Neo LMS is really doing great since we use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NEO LMS is solving on the Safe Exam Browser (SEB). If this is solved, then the academic division would be glad to minimize or control at least the academic dishonesty of our students.

What do you like best about the product?
When the pandemic hits my country, a new learning approach must be introduced. NEO LMS helps my institution to move forward. We were able to create original content and had fun putting them in gamification.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think this will be one of the challenges we faced using NEO LMS - the chat (messaging) functions. I hope you could do better on this one so students and teachers don't need to use other apps for messaging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NEO LMS helps us to assess and evaluate quickly and with ease. Before we were faced with a tantamount of papers to check but because of automated checking, I think 50 % of our job is done. Thanks to NEo LMS!
It is game changing. It really maximize the full potential of technology for education.
What do you like best about the product?
It is easier to navigate. Teachers from different generations can quickly adapt to incorporate their lessons and activities in NEO. The grading of assessments is the best for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the phone app version takes more time for me to use. It is kinda slow and it requires large amount of data and fast internet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving reminders and communicating with students and parents. It make my job easier to communicate to them regarding progress and updates.

What do you like best about the product?
NEO is very easy to navigate and very helpful. Transitioning from pre-pandemic to now has been a breeze. I didn't have to stress learning a new platform while adjusting pedagogy because NEO has been very easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I could not think of any. My experience has been very positive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Delivery of instruction has been easy with NEO. I could prepare tasks and learners met competencies easily and effectively.

The graph that represents the progress of each student. I also like the automatic function of computing the grades.

The gaming/reward function. It's pretty challenging to learn.

The automatic computation of grades. It makes our job easier. Excel does the job, but LMS does it better.
