Intuitive Online Course Builder
What do you like best about the product?
Editing our site was a breeze. It was easy to customize our courses, homepage, and other settings. I liked that reports and lists were easy to find in the portal.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only setback we found about Matrix was the price. We would certainly still be using it had it been more affordable to us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of accessible online courses for continuing education. Matrix made it easy for registrants to land on the homepage and sign up for courses.
I use NEO as a platform to push out assignments, grade and communicate with students. It's easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to change the grade book settings in a way that works best for my classes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the message center interface and find it clunky compared to my gmail account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The gradebook is an effective way to communicate student progress in a class and I really like that parents can login to a parent account to monitor student progress.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend teachers set up their gradebooks using the same settings / percentages for consistency between classes and teachers

The ability to chat with students is the best feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to change the grading scale in Admin settings even if I changed it for the individual assignment. That was tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit is students being able to access their grade status.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I am not sure as a first year teacher.
Neo is easy to navigate, but can be glitchy.

I like that NEO is easy to navigate and is very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike Neo's inability to attach documents that students can work on in NEO (like they can in Google Classroom).

Problems I am solving include giving students access to their grades and scores in real-time, and these are also benefits of NEO.

Neo is an easy-to-use platform that provides all of the necessities to maintain an online learning environment for students.
The best LMS that should be introduced to all education provider
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful features in NEO LMS are the way NEO offers how the assessments can be conducted online without any hicups.The selections given to the instructors are varies and definitely easy to use.Even the non-technical course instructors can used the platform after simple explanation being given to them. There are many best features that can be explored.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have an automatic attendance system in NEO instead of manual attendance taken by the course instuctor.the attendance system can be as simple as the list name of students who areog in to the class portal in daily basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The arrangements of the needed features!! This has made the course portal looks professional dan easy to follow and understand.

I used to subcribe to other LMS and I can say this is the most convenient platform.I was using the platform since the brand is using edu20.org.
From free plan until now I've suggested and choose the premium plan for my organization.I can see that NEO has evolved to a better and convenient LMS from time to time.

What do you like best about the product?
The help center and the help center blogs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of intercollaborative use between platforms such as Lippincott, ATI, Elsevier, etc. The quiz test builder and not having a general feedback option instead of having to put feedback for each answer separately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication with students is great however needs more ability to separate out what information comes through.

User friendly Virtual Learning Management System
What do you like best about the product?
The NEOLMS understand the user's concept and demand in coming up with modules for the learners. I have been browsing and got acquainted with lots of LMS, but NEOLMS is far better, in terms, graphics, design, but most of all, technical support is terrific.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of since it always asks for an evaluation from its users about their needs. They are responsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to make my modules and presentations more interactive, custom fit according to how I want my student to view them. Having a great time, it's like I'm doing an actual face to face class with them

Quizzes, the grade book, all the detailed settings that are offered for quizzes, assignments, grading weighting, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain features could be better, like the "autocomplete on retake" quiz feature never does what I think it will do - very confusing. Also I wish that when replying to a message I could view the original message. Also I wish it integrated with Google docs a little better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time by giving self grading quizzes. Assigning work via NEO so students can retrieve the assignments themselves, submit it paperlessly, and keep up with their grades in real time. Also I like how I can use a wide variety of assignments types. (Quiz, essay, PDF, Google suite, photos, embedded videos, etc. )
Great for younger students but probably not for adult learners
What do you like best about the product?
NEO has a lot of features that is not available with other LMS such as integration of other apps, analytics, etc. NEO also has a very good technical support staff that answers queries as quickly as possible. NEO is also intuitive and easy to learn.
Aside from this, NEO has a powerful feature that allows students to move as independently as possible (e.g. automatic opening of assessments upon completion of the previous one etc.)
It can also be integrated to MS Teams and other virtual conferencing tools which schools may really find convenient in an online learning setup.

What do you dislike about the product?
The over-all look and navigation of NEO can be too focused on young learners. Higher education students may not appreciate the look of NEO and it can be too cluttered that can sometimes be distracting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NEO LMS enabled teachers to easily grade students, message students and parents, keep track of performance all the while providing engaging modules and learning materials.

The archive classes it's easy to navigate and it is arranged alphabetically.
What do you dislike about the product?
The information of each profile has a different UX, sometimes it's hard for me to navigate which information to look for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an administrator of NEO LMS in our school, it gives me infinite options especially when I needed to check other classes to see the progress of the teachers and students too.
