I think the platform is fairly simple to use and access important information, and create shells

I enjoy the ability to click around and find essential information

I think the platform feels a bit outdated overall. Allowing students to upload attachments that always render correctly would be helpful, downloading and opening takes a lot of time

What do you like best about the product?
I like the integration of HTML for students to respond. At the same time, the breadth of what you can do on NEO is good as well - uploading multiple file types, creating different kinds of responses, and even producing your assessments can have its variations. The options that are provided by NEO when creating content for students are helpful, though, can be meticulous. The fact that those options exist is what makes NEO a little more resourceful than others.
What do you dislike about the product?
The organization and UI of NEO needs work. Though the layout is not too complex to figure out, it is not intuitive in some senses. Some elements of the website are unusual and unnecessary. However, at the *core* of the LMS, it has what I need as a teacher. As noted from my "likes" about NEO, it does have many features that are helpful, however, they do need to refresh the UI so it isn't as much of a pain to identify or find. For example, on a weekly basis, I had to uncheck "random order" for questions - I ordered my questions on purpose and, unfortunately, I did forget to check the box off some days.
But a big offender was when some links I inputted would, for some reason, unlink themselves or link back to a previous hyperlink from another lesson.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One issue that I was concerned about when moving to an online system was having students turn in homework. At first, turning in assignments was daunting, however, after some routine, students got used to the UI and found their way around the website. When creating assessments (quizzes), I did like some elements that helped me create questions that ranged from familiar content to conceptual critical thinking.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are tons of features - but I would suggest that new users gradually use newer elements.

Adjusting or resetting course progress to match the instructor's pace. One benefit of this action is mastering the settings for future situations.
A user friendly system that helps kids access learning.

I like how you can personalize lessons and assignments to make it visually interesting and organized for the kids.

Sometimes it's hard to sync and manage all the small aspects of it.

What do you like best about the product?
Customization and flexibility are one of the most important factors for easy and effective learning. NEO LMS is the epitome of what we've been looking for.
Exploring the different kinds of features it has will take time but it is worth it. Some admin features such as the grade book and assessments have options and customization features to allow the kind of classroom you would want to set based on your vision.
Accessing the inventory/list of all users makes it easy to track the progress and performance of current and previous students. As it stores not only your current subjects but even archived ones that could be accessed.
Gamification has enhanced the experience of making learning better. As to track progress and performance, it also encourages the continuous usage of the application for learning.

All features are great for me; what I am looking for are fresher looks or newer aesthetics that we can play with regard to the view of the website.
Some syncing issues tend to pop up if you are not careful with what you would want to share from the masterclass.

A link and pattern have been created between the teacher and the learners. With familiarization and easy utilization of tools and support systems, NEO has the capability to give more time to its users to work on things other than learning.

NEO is user frinedy and even parents have remarked that Using is one of the best achievements the school has ever made.
All our learnners are very excited about NEO as it helped them pass in thier exams.
Neo also shows how many of our users are on line or when they were last on line.
All our school reports are being sent on NEO and that gives our parents the desired computer appreciation.

- We now can send fees invoices to parents on NEO and the powerful involvement of parents seeing their children's academic work has put NEO into a class of its own.

User Experience
What do you like best about the product?
What I love about NEO LMS is that its platform is easy to navigate and it’s totally possible for educators to curate creative and engaging classes for the students. I also love the features which highlight transparency particularly the gradebook which allows learners to see their progress in real time. There are also lots of assessment types which we can choose from to fit the thinking skill we want to target. Overall, NEO LMS is a wish granted for both teachers and learners specially at this era of adaptive learning.
What do you dislike about the product?
None at the moment since the things I need for my classes are provided by NEO LMS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Learning is possible even at the time of the pandemic since learning materials can be uploaded and/or embedded in the platform such as the powerpoint presentations, video lectures, wakelet collections, and many more.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to sync classes with a parent class! I find myself using the "assignments" and "resources" features most often! It is wonderful how it integrates well with the learning platforms we use most frequently: Google docs, YouTube, etc. The calendar function is also excellent! What do you dislike about the product?
I was new to NEO this year, and it was very overwhelming to learn how to use it! There are so many features available, but it was difficult to figure out which ones I should use and how. I would also like the option to sync welcome pages between parent and student classes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I teach multiple grades, so I use Google Classroom for my younger grades as well as NEO LMS for the older grades. I like that NEO gives the option to enter assignments, but not make them available to students until the time is right. I teach 5 sections of the same class, and it's helpful (especially with online quizzes and tests) to make them available just before the students need to use them.
