Serviceable
What do you like best about the product?
It's a functionable online gradebook that handles calculation pretty well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't interface very well with Google Classroom. I end up duplicating a lot of work crossing platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Students and parents have access to up to date grades and assignments in my class.
Good Basic Platform that is getting better
What do you like best about the product?
Ability for grading and rubrics that allow for students to have instant reports on performance. The ability to share assignments with colleagues and make resources easily available for students.
What do you dislike about the product?
Searching for assignments and being able to narrow down the search more quickly. Currently, there is a need to search through numerous assignments, instead of being able to FILTER the results. The analytics are very limited, or seem to be, within our organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating online learning platforms and discussions that are crucial during distance learning. Students are needing resources and they are easily made available through NEO.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Know what you are looking for in a system. NEO is great and user friendly, but some basic items that teachers want to have, may not be available on NEO. The system, in my opinion, is very similar to what Google Classroom can provide, with all the modifications that are not needed for most districts and classrooms.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is easy to imbed images and photos and pdfs for students and valuable resources. Easy to navigate and everything is in one place
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that sometimes the formatting changes when a document is copied and placed in an assignment and when a student is typing information and it deletes their work. It would be great if it could constantly save new work (similar to google docs).
Also, if there was an ability to watch students write in live time would help to monitor their success.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had difficulties imbedding video clips but have since figured it out. I really enjoy the immersive reader component for my struggling readers.

Use the immersive reader

What do you like best about the product?
Matrix LMS helps make online trainings and onboarding streamlined. It was very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was constantly getting bombarded with notifications, which was annoying. It was hard to navigate back and forth within certain trainings.

I was able to complete the entire onboarding process remotely.
A robust and easy-to-use learning management system
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of Matrix is the most important feature by which we decided to implement this platform. It is very easy to customize the portal to adapt it to what customers need. Another feature that I like about this software is its multifunctionality, since in addition to its tools for e-learning it also has functionalities for electronic commerce. I also like the fact that I can import or export templates for courses. Finally, your customization options for instructors are reamlente good, such as lesson options or assessments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Making changes to the profiles of the instructors or students is really a complicated task, since the options are scattered throughout the portal, for example, changing the name or profile picture are not options found in a single menu, but separately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The courses dictated by the organization for which I work, normally have set times of 6 to 12 months, so it was necessary to have a platform like Matrix to load all the content of theory, video, exercises and evaluations and organize it by section or module, so that it would be easier for students to take the lessons. With this platform we can load an undetermined number of courses and only make updates to the material.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Matrix LMS is really a great online learning platform. It has an affordable price and a really good support team. I definitely recommend this software.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about this platform is that it is extremely robust and you're able to do lots of things from have calendars and schedules, send messages, have chapters, assignments, groups, etc. The only thing is that it is very clunky and not the most user friendly but it sure does organize a lot and get alot done!

The problem I'm solving is being able to go to school online! This is life changing and the only way I can further my education right now
Fantastic all round digital learning environment
What do you like best about the product?
We have transitioned from another solution to Matrix LMS about 18 months ago as we wanted a feature rich and easy to use solution for our digital community - Matrix has exceeded all expectations from ease of installation, huge range of features, automation capability and exception customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
For those seeking high levels of accessibility functionality, Matrix LMS is a good solution with need to be careful as with any tech as to what content is loaded / designed to support accessibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Matrix LMS has replaced multiple prior sites & solutions with a single main site for all of our community digital learning, social & ecommerce needs - it has saved us significant person time in the extensive level of automation possible while also boosting new business models and product offers with its varied ecommerce and digital product features.

Matrix have all the features that you as Instructor or learning administrator to deliver content in a full engagement way. A clear UI, easy of use, socialization, gamification, administration, reports, are the more valued for us during a year using this LMS.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to know that monthly licence packages are by certain number of active users if you exceed that number there a charge by over rolling or you have the option to upgrade the plan

The thing I like the best is you can differentiate instruction.

The scrollbar on the right of the gradebook is to tiny and it would be great if I could see more of my students without scrolling.

It eases the teacher load by being able to create quizzes that are graded by the computer.
