What do you like best about the product?
Generally as one of the admins in our LMS, what I like most is the responsiveness of the tech support during problems or technical errors

none so far I am indeed satisfied with the services provided

In times of technical problems of the faculty members the tech support are there to give feedbacks

What do you like best about the product?
Cypher Learning does not only focus on advancing its offered features but also recognizes the value of easy navigation through its user-centered designed platform. Their support is available 24/7 and is indeed reliable and helpful which gives users (even the non-techy) confidence in using the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if uploaded materials like photos & docs, automatically adjusts to fit the screen of any device for a more seamless viewing experince. Having a Newsfeed "scheduled post" feature will also improve the organization and planning of posts/announcement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The capability of integrating other learning tools, software, digital content repositories and databases eliminates the need to navigate away from the platform which saves both time and effort.

No downside of using it that I can think so far.

Continuous learning of students especially if we cannot meet onsite due to forfuitous events.

What do you like best about the product?
The ubiquitous learning features of the schoolbook, our learning management system in school.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not user friendly, to be honest, you need to constantly use it to familiarize and make most of its features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is definitely the need of the current modality in education, the practice of blended learning and flipped classroom becomes easy.

the help and assistance from the specialised team is outstanding, they are friendly, personable and willing to help!

Pathway settings, I envision that each required topic in a course should go towards the overall count for completion of the course. i.e. if I have a pathway for induction policies, I had a topic for course privacy policy, then when running a report on privacy policy it should reflect for the course overall.

AI intergration for interactive content, ensuring that I can create what I need to more efficiently and in the one program and one subscription
Cypher has potential to become better. It currently has a basic or medium structure as a program.

It continues to improve and be convenient to it users. It also looks modern compared to previous version.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is restricted in the options for exporting data like bulk assessment or survey data, bulk section editing without loading to one topic at a time/course, course settings editing and the like.

Manage and record multiple training courses at the same time

The completeness of the platform and the connection it has with other technologies, also I find it essential that all the information of our students, parents, and collaborators is completely secure and free from being used for any purpose other than educational.

I believe there should be updated tutorials on its use aimed at teachers, students, and parents because being such a comprehensive platform, it should be utilized correctly.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about CYPHER Learning is its intuitive and user-friendly interface. The platform makes it easy to manage courses and track student progress, allowing me to focus more time on teaching and less on administration. Additionally, the integrated communication tools allow me to interact effectively with my students.

Although the platform is quite comprehensive, the customization of design and presentation options for the courses is limited. I would like to have more control over the appearance of the modules and the possibility to add interactive content in a simpler way.

CYPHER Learning is solving the problem of centralized course management and continuous student assessment. The automation of certain tasks, such as assignment distribution and evaluation collection, allows me to dedicate more time to creating quality content and direct interaction with students, which improves the educational experience for both them and me.
