What do you like best about the product?
A platform where teachers have the opportunity to create their content alongside their work plans, and students can reinforce their skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
Time it takes to feed the platform.

Platform is easy to use. Quick and easy setup.
What do you like best about the product?
The look is very clean and professional. It is an easy to use platform, pretty intuitive. Customer support especially at set-up is great and really makes this a great platform to choose. The accessibility features is one of the reasons we went with Cypher.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really about Cypher but all LMS, but I would love more gamification, animation within the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving us a platform for all of our resources. To put teacher resources as well as student resources on something other than just a website. It is benefiting us by making everything more interactive instead of static.
An accessible and innovative learning platform
What do you like best about the product?
Cypher Learning provides a modern and innovative eLearning platform, customizable to any type of team or organization - it is very accessible and easy to administer. The Cypher team is very responsive to suggestions and feedback, and they provide excellent customer support to help their clients achieve their desired outcomes with the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a more straightforward option for setting archive dates on users (other than adding a deactivation action on a course). The ability to set an archive date on a user seems like it should be a standard feature of administering any eLearning platform, however Cypher makes this part strangely difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cypher helps us provide our eLearning materials in an easy-to-use online environment, allowing us to expose more learners to Dr. Deming's teachings.
VERY COMPLETE SOFTWARE
What do you like best about the product?
My overall experience has been good. It is a very comprehensive and easy-to-use software for students and teachers, as it does not require too much technical knowledge to use. Its interfaces are user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing, and smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
HTTP errors appear from time to time. And technical support is sometimes very slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The issue of uploading CSV files with courses is being resolved, as currently there is a problem where uploading a file with 999 is a complete chaos and takes a long time because it does not load the full number contained in the files. Sometimes it takes 2 hours, 3, and only loads 245 (for example), and this delays administrative matters, as in the example there are 30 files with 999 records of which only 100, 200 are loaded in 2 or 3 hours, and only one person with an administrator role must perform the process because if 2 or more administrators carry out this process at the same time, a collision is generated, the upload takes much longer, and far fewer courses manage to be completed 100%.

What do you like best about the product?
The management of the platform is intuitive, which improves the experience for the administration of users and content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we perform bulk uploads of users, but the platform is limited to less than a thousand records per file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform helps us with the learning of students at the Bachelor's and High School level, which helps us improve education in classrooms and remotely.

I like that the design of the platform allows organizing the lessons easily.

I find no disadvantages, as it is very user-friendly.

In an organized manner, my students find the lessons, and with the weighting of the activities, the evaluation process is easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Upon using various LMS I might say cypher learning is one if not the most intensive and user-friendly app that I used. Everything I need in managing my class is integrated in the app. Plus, their support are very responsive and accommodating everytime I encounters trouble in my account.
What do you dislike about the product?
The part that I think they should improve more is the use interface. On how the section, the tabs are arranged. Though Im quite ok with how it looks but I guess it could be improved to be more appealing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing my class. The LMS helps me manage my class well since it lets me organize my module contents that is accessible and efficient to my students and my other peers as well.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very productive that an idea is dreamed up, the AI develops alternatives that as a teacher I can adapt to my needs and objectives and to the needs of my group.
What do you dislike about the product?
That sometimes it can replicate the understanding schemes of the topic and leaves the development unclear.
