Finally - a modern LMS
What do you like best about the product?
It has the functionality for different types of courses, learners, assessments and integrations so that it can be used to its fullest in a K-12 school and organization. It was very easy to implement in comparison to other LMS's we have used in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
Small missing functionality - eg. personalized due dates, more options for customized report cards beyond format but also for data inclusion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
mastery and competency-based learning, self-paced learning, and user-interfaces that are easily navigable and understood by all.
Great platform and amazing staff
What do you like best about the product?
We moved an existing external-facing online course over from a different provider to CYPHER Learning. The team was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive, and helped us move our content over in a very short timeframe. The platform is mostly intuitive, and the 24/7 technical support is excellent; we always receive responses very quickly, and all our queries have been resolved successfully.
We were able to customise almost every aspect of the platform with our own branding and to suit our needs. We've also set up an integration with our credential provider so course completion certificates are sent out automatically, which is a great timesaver for us.

What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting aspect of the platform is not very intuitive, so we needed assistance from the CYPHER team to set up some of the reports that we require.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CYPHER Learning provides an affordable, customisable, and easy-to-use platform for online learning. Our external users are able to easily register and complete the learning, which in turn benefits our business.

Cypher learning products are evolving. I like that they are forward-thinking and are finding ways to improve the usability of their products.

It takes time for new features to be available.

The pricing plan for a new business start up with zero clients on the our first year use was not cost efficient.

In the beginning, Cypher provided training, guidance, direction and support in developing our customized learning management system and online learning platform.

What do you dislike about the product?
The games, I don't know how to create games using Cypher learning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cypher Learning is solving problems like reteaching when the trainee is absent during the live training. They can retake the module via Cypher Learning. Also, we use Cypher Learning during one-person Onboardings.

Very efficient and effective platform to use, we can customize learning learning paths, analyze the performance on assessment. There are many things to do in Cypher Learning.

I haven't maximize yet the full function of CYPHER Learning. I believe that there's more that they can offer.

It's interface is at the top of the game. Their innovation continuously amazes me, making sure the features are up-to-date.

CYPHER Learning doesn't have enough options for theme customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CYPHER Learning is currently solving the problem of creating comprehensive courses and engaging activities. With CYPHER Learning's newest feature powered by Artificial Intelligence, I can do more stuff instead of the lengthy creation of courses.
Robust, feature-rich, and reliable LMS
What do you like best about the product?
Customer support, robust features, competency tracking, multiple organizations, multiple assessment types, question banks, group forums and communication, linked account types (e.g. parents and children)
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes a steep learning curve for users due to the number of features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cypher provides a ton of features that can be customized to almost any use case. We have a unique use case that requires linked accounts beyond just a typical manager level, and Cypher solves this problem for us. We also love the ability to visualize competencies and competency-based goals for our learners.
Cypher has been a great platform to use and appreciate the support we get from the training team.

would like a more robust evalaution tool (skip logic, etc), for eLearning courses, the NEXT button to move forward is hard for people to find
