The platform is easy to use and user friendly.
You can implement the solutions easily with an RMM solution.
It has a considerable number of features such as quarantining and on demand scanning.
Once you set it up, you don't need to always go in and change settings daily.

Sometimes the product will not detect every malware and some advanced attacks are not stopped.
The platform is helpful but the dashboards lack details.

Single agent for comprehensive security. It has features like firewalling, removable device control, VPN, app control, DLP, file sandboxing, ransomware protection. which can be turned on or off per endpoint, groups, employees.

Annul subscription charges are compared to others, very high.

harmony allows me to monitor our agents on their call as well as we can directly advised them if there will be an issue remotely.

much better if you can put live chat to our agent to this application

we can see number of calls taken as well as we can also see calls waiting in that way we can minimized our agent staying on the line for a longer time

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is good compared with other product.
The full disk encryption is works excellent and makes sure the data is highly encrypted.
The push operation makes easy to change the user password for the end users on daily basis and helps in troubleshooting the endpoint.
Integration of the product was easy and took less time.

Technical support is delayed and sometime we are not getting exact solution for the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HDD machines had problems with other product but checkpoint had no issues with HDD machines and it worked good.

Easy to deploy, much better user interface than competitors. Provides easy VPN connections and protection for your endpoints with the NGAV capabilities.

Some features are only available in the advanced version, which is relatively expensive.

I think it has a very large and wide capacity to analyze malware threats including Trojan viruses, worms and other types of malware. It is also a solution that advances the detection of threats to protect us at all times. And it is constantly one of the most evolving in its analysis firm and I think it is one of the solutions and its features that I like the most

Among the characteristics that should be improved is the perfume of system performance when performing real-time analysis, this can affect the productivity of users, in some cases it can result in the exclusion of certain applications and threat detection systems, this is one of the forms of analysis to detect this type of vulnerabilities.
