Essential Security for Seamless Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me protect users' laptops and tablets, both in the office and remotely, when they need to connect and validate company documents without vulnerability issues. The use of SharePoint, Teams, and other collaborative tools that could be problematic without security is protected with Harmony Endpoint.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation is sometimes difficult to find, or it's not intuitive; I think they could make it simpler.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many of the sales department employees travel frequently and need to connect to Wi-Fi from anywhere, thus accessing company data. Therefore, it is important to secure all these access points under centralized policies. Thanks to all of this, we have improved security both on-site and remotely.

Check Point Antivirus is liked because of its advanced features which provide high level security in our ecosystem. Most liked features are centralized management, Integration with threat prevention suite, etc.

There are not many things to dislike about this product few of them are Complex management and configuration - Checkpoint Systems are powerful but complex, Licensing and Cost is high as compared to other vendors is high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Checkpoint uses multiple detection layer which benefits by detecting both known and zero-day malware which reduces risk of ransomware, Central Management for various checkpoint products which benefits us via one dashboard for all threat data, easier correlation of network and endpoint events.

It catches most threats in real time and keeps the network safe from viruses and malware. The automatic updates and easy management make it simple to handle security across all devices.

Nothing as of now, everything is going good for now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It automatically blocks suspicious files and websites before they cause any harm. I don’t have to worry about manual scans or constant updates because everything runs smoothly in the background. It also helps maintain system performance while keeping data and user activity secure, which saves me time and ensures consistent protection across all my devices.

What do you like best about the product?
One thing I really like about Check Point Harmony Endpoint is how discreetly it protects our team and colleagues, especially those in departments that are constantly on the go. We have employees working remotely, sometimes even from client offices places where the network isn't always reliable. This solution gives us peace of mind because the agent runs silently in the background without interrupting their work, and we still have full visibility and control from the Infinity portal. This centralized security management has made a huge difference for our IT team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think one area for improvement with Check Point Harmony Endpoint is its price.
It's not terribly expensive, but it is somewhat costly for small or medium-sized businesses, especially for small teams or organizations with tight budgets. The protection and features are robust, so the issue isn't its value, but rather its affordability. I also think its technical documentation could be improved.

It's helping us solve one of the biggest challenges in modern computing: maintaining the security of our organization regardless of where our users connect from. With so many employees working remotely or traveling, we needed a solution that could extend our security perimeter beyond the office walls. Its level of anti malware security and zero day protection support are key.

Scans files, URL's, modules working fine, Inside Threat Management helps the admin to deep dive for a user's behavior which helps the Solution to create the playbooks and takes action accordingly.
