What do you like best about the product?
The support that you get from the team at Pan Intelligence is leagues ahead of the competition. They work with you to address your problems, not just throwing generic support at you.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve, where you're familiar with other BI tools. They do things a little differently. It's a strength of the product once you know it, but the adjustment is a little steep to begin with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We hold a huge dataset but have no way of making it accessible. We've chosen Pan Intelligence to be the BI Tool that we use for that.
