Crashes
The app throws bad gateway notices at least twice a week. There is no support for the app. There is no error reporting for the app.
Support and documentation is poor. This document is vague and seems to leave a lot of steps out. The SSL does not work out of the box. The steps to fix this issue is unclear and from other community posts does not seem to work. https://docs.blackboard.com/dvba/developer-ami Avoid and try something else is probably the best advice.
Support is provided, as pointed out in the AMI support information, at https://docs.blackboard.com. Specifically at https://docs.blackboard.com/dvba/developer-ami. Also, we believe we have resolved the 502 errors with our recent release.
We've found that increasing from the medium to large tier reduces or in our case eliminates the gateway error.
