Customizable and Engaging, but Needs Better Notification Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like the Docebo paint builder the most. It is really useful for me because it lets me customize the dashboard, create clean layouts, and use drag and drop components. This feature simply helps me a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notification system becomes difficult to manage once multiple notifications are configured. Although the system is flexible, tracking each one can get overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo helps me solve uninspiring, rigid workflows by providing tools for visually appealing pages, personalized learning paths, and interactive course layouts.

I love the reporting dashboards and customer insights offered by Docebo. These features are incredibly valuable as they allow me to quickly monitor course completions, learner engagement, and overall progress across multiple platforms. The dashboards provide visual analytics that make it easy for supervisors to understand which employees need attention, ensuring a comprehensive view of training effectiveness. Additionally, the initial setup of Docebo was more than easy, which made the transition seamless. I appreciate how effectively these tools help manage structured compliance training and track learning progress without the need for manual oversight.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some parts of the platform feel a bit slow, and a few modules still look like older, legacy sections that haven't been fully updated visually. A fully unified UI/UX across all areas would be a major improvement.

I use Docebo to manage structured compliance training, track progress, and deliver programs across platforms. It solves the issue of keeping thousands of learners on track and compliant with its reporting and tracking features, reducing the need for manual oversight.

The Platform allows us to fully tailor the user interface using HTML and CSS enabling us to align with our company branding.
The API and bulk CSV functions make it easy to scale operations by automating user sync and data synchronization.
The initial configuration and onboarding experience is very easy allowing us to deploy platform with any technical issue.

Session automated is limited, which shows down scheduling and updates.
Dynamic group syncing is not reliable leading to extra admin work.
Instructor permissions are not flexible, making access control difficult.

It helps me create quick and easy training course for my team and organization, as I working in cyber security, like cybersecurity awareness training. I can share the training with everyone and easily track the progress.

It takes some time to understand how each module works, which can be daunting for newcomers. Additionally, the setup process was difficult at first because of the numerous features Docebo provides, requiring time to understand each aspect.

I like mainly the very clean UI and no need to.invest time to learn the platform. Also the use of AI suggestions.

A bit higher than expected pricing and the availability of add-ons that are not clear from the start.unless you do good research.

Long onboarding time was a hassle, now the basics can be delivered in a centralised platform for newly onboarded employees. Also the inability to get employees to learn new software easily with much enhanced as learning is being better managed and they are better motivated.

I particularly value the channels feature as it supports continuous learning and content discovery, allowing for the creation of curated learning paths tailored to specific topics or audiences. This feature is a key component I rely on, as it facilitates access to a variety of learning materials such as videos, documents, microlearning, and user-generated content. It effectively nurtures a culture of self-directed learning, extending beyond merely mandated courses. Initial Set Up will require a tad one-time effort. It is a little time consuming for someone who is new to it.

There are multiple training sessions recently curated for AI related courses, within our team. To refine them and make them accessible to the user base, manage the learning content well, Docebo had played a significant role in refining the learning process.

I appreciate Docebo's help desk and how-to articles, which are invaluable for problem-solving without needing to submit a support ticket. This feature is particularly beneficial because I am the only administrator on my team responsible for the platform, and I can easily forget how to perform specific tasks such as setting up auto enrollments or contests. The extensive library of resources allows me to quickly refresh my knowledge and continue working efficiently. Additionally, I like Docebo's flexible pricing model, where we pay by the monthly user. This is ideal for our organization, as some users are only on the platform for a short term, allowing us to manage costs effectively. These features, combined with the excellent support from the onboarding specialist during the initial setup—despite the overall complexity—make Docebo a robust solution for our customer education and internal training needs.

I find the ILT sessions a bit clunky, as there are multiple layers like the course, session, and event, which often are not needed. This structure tends to involve more steps than necessary, making the setup process more cumbersome.
