Good LMS with constant attention to growth

What do you like best about the product?
It is a robust platform with options for many different use cases. We are able to manage one domain for our external customers as well as another for our internal users. They have improved communication surrounding new updates and features and that helps us to plan for them.
What do you dislike about the product?
More difficult support issues can take many agents and longer times to resolve, if they ever get resolved. Better flexibility within each feature would help us really utilize them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo has allowed us to use just one vendor for 3 different areas of the company, each with it's own needs, content, and features.

What do you like best about the product?
I actually likes creating the platform to meet the needs of our people, with on line learning and weekly check ins. It was very much out of my comfort zone to start, as normally we would place our requirements and someone do the build. It was a shock to learn I was doing the build however it turned out to be one of the most rewarding tasks I have done. The platform in used in over 100 countries, its incredibly easy to use and has great customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love for Docebo to have a multi language options in the search filed and when creating courses selecting multi language rather than one language. Also for the titles of course to be similar to the platform i.e. platform built in multi languages, if you have selected French as a user. the course code will show in French for multi language courses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo is allowing us to bring our learning from over 100 countries into one central platform, ensuring our people are talking to our customers in line with business needs for products and services. The platform also allows us to place content wellbeing, mental health etc allowing our people to access information to support them both in the work place and in their personal life too.

What do you like best about the product?
Docebo provides a highly customizable platform that allows us to tailor the learning experience to reflect our company’s branding and voice. With HTML/CSS customization, catalog control, and flexible navigation, we’ve been able to create an environment that feels integrated with our internal tools. The API and bulk CSV options make it easier to automate and scale learning operations efficiently.

The support team is exceptional—responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive in helping us navigate both routine tasks and complex issues. We strongly recommend phone support or above—they’re fantastic to speak with and often help us solve things faster than any ticket thread ever could.
The Docebo Community is also an excellent space to connect with other L&D professionals and get ideas or troubleshooting help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Instructor-Led Training (ILT) features could use more polish. Limitations around session-level automation, instructor permissions, dynamic group sync, and calendar formatting result in added manual work and workarounds. Improved native support in these areas would significantly enhance both the admin and learner experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo helps us scale our internal training programs globally by centralizing course enrollment, learning paths, and session tracking. Its automation and API capabilities reduce manual admin work, and the ability to customize the interface helps us align learning with our company brand and voice. We're able to run high-volume programs efficiently and deliver a consistent experience across regions and departments. Additionally, their fantastic support team and vibrant community make it easier to troubleshoot, iterate, and innovate.

A comprehensive and reliable LMS

What do you like best about the product?
Docebo has many different functionalities and each of them is very flexible, allowing different needs to be covered. It is essential for an LMS to be adaptable (and Docebo is really the top in this) to the changing needs of companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. If I were to find one area for improvement, it is the customisation of widgets and pages, for which it is only possible to insert “effects” using HTML.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All employee training and communication of various development initiatives through the use of pages and channels. Thanks to Docebo we are able to cover onboarding, mandatory training and continuous upskilling of our people (both soft and hard skills).

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the flexibility Docebo offers in customizing widgets, allowing us to tailor the platform's interface to our specific needs. The intuitive reporting tools make it easy to track learner progress and course effectiveness. Additionally, the ability to create courses and organise them into structured Learning Plans provides a streamlined approach to managing training programs.

Another standout aspect is the support from the Service Desk. Their assistance is generally of a high standard, and we consistently find solutions to our issues promptly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some parts of the UI feel slightly outdated in terms of functionality - certain actions require too many steps or are not as intuitive as they could be, but I’ve noticed regular updates and improvements, which show that the platform is evolving in the right direction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo simplifies learning management by offering an intuitive platform for course creation, delivery, and tracking. It helps us ensure compliance (like mandatory training completion) with automated reminders and progress monitoring, while its analytics provide visibility into learner engagement. This saves time, reduces manual work, and keeps training organized—whether for onboarding, upskilling, or company-wide initiatives.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use—both for admins and learners. The interface is clean, and it’s simple to create learning paths and track progress. Integrations with other tools are also super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some parts can be a bit tricky to set up at first, especially custom reports or workflows. Also, support response times could be better.

Docebo helps us centralize all our training in one place, which makes it easier to manage courses, track learner progress, and ensure consistency across teams. It saves time on admin tasks and helps us deliver training at scale, especially for remote employees.

Powerful and flexible

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility to manage different catalogs, learning plans and content types has been crucial for meeting our audience's varied needs. We are really happy with the community, which is a great source of inspiration (and troubleshooting as well).
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is powerful, but some configuration aspects can be complex, In our case, the certification logics have been particularly hard to understand and required many tries before being properly addressed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Delivering a structured digital library to customers, partners and internal staff. The benefit is the reuse of all our digital assets for different target groups and different objectives.

Flexible and powerful LMS

What do you like best about the product?
We evaluated many different LMS platforms as we looked to launch our first e-learning platform for customer and employee education. We ultimately chose Docebo because of its strong set of capabilities, it flexibility, it's vibrant user community, and ease of use for administrators and users. During an evaluation, it is difficult to fully exercise any solution to gain full confidence that it can meet your current and future needs. However, during that evaluation phase we had the most confidence that Docebo was the best fit. 1 year post-sale we are very happy with our choice. We have run into speed bumps, but never road blocks; due to the flexibility and power of the platform we have always found a way to accomplish our goals. That was not true with many of the other platforms we evaluated. We also appreciated the hands-on guidance from our implementation team.
What do you dislike about the product?
As Docebo is larger than many of the other solutions we considered and we are a smaller customer, we have little impact on their product roadmap. After our successful initial implementation, we are looking to make further improvements. For larger and more important projects, we would like to discuss and brainstorm with product *experts* at Docebo, ideally on a call or web meeting. That doesn't seem to be readily available with our support level. Their support is responsive and helpful, but for medium to larger projects, individual support tickets aren't so effective. That said their user community is quite vibrant and has filled that gap well for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Docebo to provide training for our customers, partners, and employees. Docebo is very easy to use for our learners and administrators, which allows us to scale its impact efficiently. This has allowed us to train more people with less time invested.

Docebo is the right tool if you are looking for an easy but complete LMS

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate its scalability. Managing a few courses or thousands of users (like in our case) makes no difference to the platform. It remains intuitive and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
The absence of a log might be a drawback when looking for proofs about emails and notifications sent to users.
Hopefully the notification system set to release during 2025 will be better than the old one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo is giving our company the chance to manage with ease training on the job. It gives us the chance to automate subscription between many different possibilities.
