What do you like best about the product?
I like the duplicate and copy code setup tools in Docebo. These tools allow me to quickly replicate course structure, setting layout, and configuration when creating new programs. I used Docebo to deliver an intuitive and customizable learning experience for employees and customers. I find the platform to be flexible and user-friendly, supporting both administrators and learners. The initial setup was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Docebo lacks stronger batch action capabilities for tasks like updating courses or managing bulk settings, which require manual labor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Docebo to deliver an intuitive and customizable learning experience for employees and customers. It solves the problem of delivering a flexible, user-friendly platform supporting both administrators and learners. What do you like best about the product?
I like the group management and enrollment tool system the most. It allows us to automatically sort users into groups based on role, department, or custom attributes, and it instantaneously assigns them the correct courses and learning plans.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support is fast, but not always the most knowledgeable. There have been times where the support team did not fully understand the platform's deep functionality.

What do you like best about the product?
I feature I like most about it is API-first, modular LMS architecture and AI driven learning workflows.
Not only this but AI-powered content recommendations, role based learning paths, extended enterprise support, and granular analytics dashboards.
Also it got easily integrated with REST APIs, SSO and CRM integrations enabling seamless user experience.

What do you dislike about the product?
Its UI/UX, learner dashboard and reporting logic often requires professional services o custom development which finally increases the cost and also implementation time.

It solves the problem of scaling structured learning and enablement across diverse user groups. while maintaining governance and consistency.

I really appreciate their strong focus on user experience, and the product features an outstanding user interface. Its scalability has enabled us to reach a wider audience and add new content at a faster pace. Additionally, the reporting and analytics tools are top-notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software does have a few limitations, particularly in terms of categorization. There are certain aspects that I wish were handled differently. Additionally, some features connected to the mapping logic could use improvement.

The platform is straightforward and interactive, which I really appreciate, especially when it comes to ensuring that training is completed. It offers a wide range of controls over various settings, significantly enhancing my overall experience. I like the 'Discover, Coach and Share' feature, which is the most useful for me. It's supposed to be for learning, social content sharing, and knowledge exchange. Learners can explore curated channels, submit their own content, and learn from each other.

Making quick adjustments to certain parts of the platform can be challenging since it is a large enterprise-level system.

I think the page and menu area could be quite more user-friendly. Some parts feel less intuitive compared to the rest of the platform.

Once everything is set up, Docebo really does make internal training feel organized and easy to follow. I manage social media workflows and help with onboarding, so having one central place for all our courses has been a lifesaver. The layout is simple for learners to navigate, and I get way fewer "Where do I find this?" questions now. The platform runs smoothly too, which matters when you're trying to keep training consistent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup process can be pretty tedious - even simple admin tasks end up taking way more steps than they should. Some features just aren't as polished as others, so I'm constantly finding workarounds. And the reporting? It's a pain when I just need a quick view of where everyone's at without jumping through hoops.

Docebo helped us move from scattered, inconsistent training to something actually organized. At Revup, we're always onboarding new people and updating processes, so having everything in one place has been a huge time-saver. New hires get the same solid foundation, managers can check progress easily, and I can keep our SOPs and learning paths current without the chaos. The setup took some getting used to, but the structure it brings has made our training way more manageable.

I like the modern Course Player UI that Docebo offers because it provides a clean and modern interface for learners. It supports SCORM and xAPI files smoothly and adapts well to different screen sizes, keeping navigation intuitive. I also appreciate that the initial setup was quite easy and smooth, even though it took a while, about a week, to settle down.

Managing certification can be challenging. Setting deadlines, automating renewals and enrollments often require support from a customer success manager.
