What do you like best about the product?
I find Docebo's knowledge repository and search functionality to be a very useful feature. It allows me to instantly find related topics, product details, and support materials all in one place. This is particularly helpful whenever multiple product documents or updates are involved. Additionally, the platform has been smooth, intuitive, and reliable for my daily use.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Docebo's automation feature, which saves me a lot of time, especially for daily training. I also appreciate that it works fine on different devices such as my mobile and desktop.
What do you dislike about the product?
I will say that reporting is not so in-depth. Also, I want to integrate it with some other tools, but it requires some kind of extra setup which feels hectic to me. The initial setup was not so easy because it requires a good technician to get it set up perfectly, or else it will have some flaws.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Docebo to manage training smoothly, keep learners engaged with various content, and check progress easily with the progress bar.

I like Docebo for its AI-driven learning architecture combined with strong enterprise-grade configurability. I also appreciate its support for REST APIs, SSO, and native integrations, making it easier to integrate with other systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
The major drawback which I see is its complexity of advance configuration, setting up its custom learning workflows and competency framework require a trained and expert. Also depth of native technical skill is limited , these cases require third party assessment to overall system complexity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Docebo as a centralized learning platform for onboarding, compliance, and upskilling. It solves learning scalability and knowledge consistency issues, providing a single ecosystem to address fragmented knowledge.

I feature I like most about it is API-first, modular LMS architecture and AI driven learning workflows.

Its UI/UX, learner dashboard and reporting logic often requires professional services o custom development which finally increases the cost and also implementation time.

I really appreciate their strong focus on user experience, and the product features an outstanding user interface. Its scalability has enabled us to reach a wider audience and add new content at a faster pace. Additionally, the reporting and analytics tools are top-notch.

The software does have a few limitations, particularly in terms of categorization. There are certain aspects that I wish were handled differently. Additionally, some features connected to the mapping logic could use improvement.
