What do you like best about the product?
Nothing much expect hot folder............
What do you dislike about the product?
We got a perpetual licence to integrate with our app to accelerate file uploads but after the purchase found that the SDK doesn't work at all via UDP, it uses FTP hence 30% files received as corrupted. The support system doesn't work well here they will look for money to buy support for years. Better go with IBM aspera or Massive.io

We tried to accelerate file uploads but we failed with multiple bugs on the product

What do you like best about the product?
The speed and the ease with which you can handle everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to be as such specific. It's a really great product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Majorly I have been using to share long reports to my teams. Data which is pretty much secure and stuff and very readily accessible that's help in getting things done fast.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a really great product that can just help you to sort the file communication with security especially in this crisis time.
