Robust software, integration consultants lacking
What do you like best about the product?
Supports multiple business functions and sales channels, GAAP Accounting standards and open source cloud platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lots of tabs and screens, user interface is lacking aesthetics, at times can be very tunnel visioned. Need to use a integration consultant - cannot go direct and the consultants are hit or miss.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to reduce our tech stack and integrate our ecomm business (Shopify and Amazon) with our multi-location retail and custom installations businesses all under one system.
