What do you like best about the product?

I particularly appreciate Kertos for the "all-around package" and the support from the friendly Customer Success Managers, who also act proactively. The platform is constantly being developed further, and the latest technologies are integrated, making the certification process very simple and understandable. I love that the platform helps with constant input, especially when you lose track, which can happen quickly with such processes. The suggestions from the AI, KAIA, are also very helpful and provide targeted support by learning the context of our company's structure. For us as a dynamic software company, the rapid and good further development of the platform is particularly valuable. Setting up Kertos was very easy, thanks to the support of a Customer Success Manager in a detailed appointment.

What do you dislike about the product?

I would find it even better if the policies created by KAIA in the chat window could be exported directly as PDF instead of just as ".md". But that's really just a small point.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Kertos helps us with an organized and structured implementation of the ISO27001 certification. It defines clear tasks and offers AI-supported suggestions tailored to our company's structure. The support from the Customer Success Team makes the process simple and understandable.

What I like most about Kertos is their excellent and attentive customer service. Whenever we have questions or need support, the team is very responsive and usually provides a solution quickly.

I also really like the structure and usability of the platform. The different overviews, especially for Controls and Trainings, are clear and well organized. They make it easy to keep track of the current status, identify open tasks, and see what still needs to be completed.

What do you dislike about the product?

One thing I do not like is that it is currently not possible to add images, screenshots, or other visual elements to policies. Being able to include visual examples or illustrations would make some policies easier to understand and more practical for employees.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Kertos supports us in implementing data protection and information security requirements in accordance with ISO 27001. We particularly benefit from their professional guidance and hands-on support throughout the process. With their help, we were able to successfully prepare for the certification requirements and achieve our ISO 27001 certification.

What do you like best about the product?

AI integration, AI document creation, MCP to Claude, Google Workspace connection, and automatic vendor extraction.

Could become a little more organized. A bit overloaded.

Data protection made easy and easy to manage with AI.

First, the level of automation: Kertos is a real compliance powerhouse and the platform was easy to implement. Second, the combination of that automation with a directly available external DPO meant expert help on call, not just a software. Finally, we’ve had roughly 70% less administrative effort, which freed the team to focus on more on other tasks.

What do you dislike about the product?

No complaints about the platform so far, it’s all pretty smooth.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a data protection system that scales with fast growth and meets ISO 27001 requirements, without burning internal resources. We also wanted it to replace a mix of manual processes, spreadsheets and outdated tools. With Kertos, we built a stable, scalable data-protection base within about a month, and the ISO 27001 certification was audited successfully within a few weeks. We’ve achieved and maintained 100% GDPR compliance. Automated scans plus integrated risk management surface data-protection risks early, and the setup scales as our company grows.

Trainings and onboarding of new employees is super simple, reducing the hustle of running the ISMS

AI features improved dramatically since writing this first review.

Helps us have an efficient ISMS up and running, which gives us an ISO certification but also helps us pass the cyber assessments of our customers.

Kertos is extremely user-friendly. It’s very well-structured, allowing you to work through each process step by step

I didn't notice any drawbacks while using it.

Kertos supports us with GDPR compliance by keeping all our policies and trainings in one tool. Since GDPR can be a bit dry, it's all the better that both the platform and the personal interaction with their advisors are so pleasant and easy.

The hands on support as well as the modern interface

The built in AI still has some potential to assist more deeply in working on the results, it is currently mostly limited to general Q&A. The amount of integrations is also quite limited to the most common vendors.

GDPR compliance and ISO certification. We are a small team so the integrated platforms helps a lot with efficiency

What do you like best about the product?

Kertos Platform was very helpful at demystifying and organizing our ISO 27001 journey. Kertos DPO has also been extremely helpful at helping us navigate the various inquiries we get from users and non-users. Kertos has been great!

Kertos is great! Nothing I dislike about it.

We are on our ISO 27001 and SOC 2 journey. Kertos has been amazing at helping us understand what is expected of us, and helping us properly document our work, while still allowing us to focus on building our amazing product and company.
