The Compliance Game-Changer for European Startups
What do you like best about the product?
Kertos speed up the compliance workflow. We now automated almost 100% of our compliance tasks. Previous we used Vanta for compliance but switched to Kertos because the exactly now what a European startup needs. The easy integration of other Systems into Kertos helped us to provide an easy way to proof also our ongoing compliance. The implementation of Kertos was quite easy and the switch away from Vanta was the right step.
We use the Platform to train our employees regarding compliance and use it supervise our compliance frameworks during the whole year. When we need support, we get direct a quick and competent response from their customer support.

What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, finding something significant to "dislike" about Kertos is challenging, especially given the immense value it provides. All processes are speeded up and we have more time to focus on our product and less on filling out forms for compliance checks and audits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kertos automated our compliance Tasks, previous we managed the compliance of different system decentralized. Now we have a "Comliance-Controllcenter" where we see directly what needs to be done, what is the progress of new Compliance Frameworks, what Trainings are missing or need to be renewed. We save with Kertos a ton of time and can focus on our product.
Also Kertos helped us to implement Compliance in a European way. e.g. GDPR was tackled in a way that it is easy to integrate in our daily routine without headache.
Before Kertos we had a queasy feeling in the stomach when we compliance popped up, now we solve compliance challenges confident and with ease.

Effortless Data Privacy Compliance, Even for Beginners
What do you like best about the product?
As someone with no prior knowledge of data privacy, I was amazed at how easy Kertos made the entire process. The platform is incredibly intuitive, and the team provided outstanding support. They guided me through every step, answering all my questions and making sure I felt confident. It’s a powerful tool that makes a complex topic manageable and even enjoyable. Just Awesome!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there is very little to dislike. The platform is robust and the support is excellent. Perhaps the only suggestion would be to have even more educational content directly within the application to further empower users who are completely new to the topic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kertos has completely streamlined our data privacy compliance processes. Previously, managing data subject access requests (DSARs) and data inventories was a time-consuming and often confusing manual task (I hate it). Kertos has automated these workflows, saving us countless hours and significantly reducing the risk of human error. It provides clarity and structure, ensuring we meet our legal obligations efficiently and confidently. This allows us to focus on our core business instead of getting bogged down in administrative tasks and this is just amazing. Thank you Kilian!
