What do you like best about the product?
Coveo allows us to create a unified index of all our product knowledge. Using Coveo's built-in permission models and customizations, we can then deliver that content in multiple ways. It is simple to dynamically filter search results and boost content based on user context. Setting up different search experiences is streamlined, and flexible. Coveo also has a robust set of connectors that have allowed us to connect to many different resources. Coveo also has excellent documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, new features have been released and then not updated or supported after a perieod of time. The Slack integration is one example. Some of the professional services engagements we have had burned through hours faster than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coveo allows us to give our customers, partners, and employees a single entry point to all of our product knowledge. It enables us to provide a consistent experience across channels and interactions by providing the same search and AI experience for end users no matter where they access our resources.
