What do you like best about the product?
It works on all my devices exactly as I expect. It's as if it's always been there. I never have to think about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's perfect. I only dislike that I need passwords.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's not solving any business problems for me. It's just making my everyday life easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just use it. You'll thank me later.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, unobtrusive. Works across all my iOS and Mac devices seamlessly
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes doesn't work with certain sites but that's the same with other password managers. I don't see this as the app's fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me to remember all the passwords I use. Stores my confidential info for easy and safe access.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
1Password works 90% of the time but certain websites are just difficult for password managers to handle. I also use Lastpass so I can access 95% of websites with both password managers.
Excellent Password Manager
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can create unique passwords for all of my logins and services without worrying about losing them. I can even go through and see which passwords are duplicates and change them so that they are all different.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I make a new password in the browser it messes up my web page on Chrome, but a browser refresh/restart fixes this. I expect this will be fixed soon if it isn't already.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1Password has helped me maintain the security of all of my sensitive material, especially since I work from home.

It would be great if more apps partnered with OnePassword so I wouldn't have to switch apps to retrieve password - like the browser extensions on desktop.

I love the design and the ease of use. I've been using it for more than 3 years
What do you dislike about the product?
When syncing with icloud it's a little slow when you enter your password. It seems they have an update today for that but have not tried it yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Never having to remember passwords on websites. That's the only goal.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I never tried their subscription service but i might. Right now i'm using the bought software and i'm happy with what i have.
Essential tool for your digital life
What do you like best about the product?
The app is well designed, is easy to use and very flexible. Syncs via iCloud so I have the same in all my devices. The team behind the app provides frequent updates so you're always covered. And the company evolves its business (subscription plans) but they don't forget users, like me, that bought the product some time ago. Happy users give recommendations (my family, for instance, uses it).
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all. I think I'm not using all the possibilities it provides. I would add some kind of notification like "you've not used this passwords for 1 year" or something like that. I think that initial purchase is a bit expensive but it becomes cheaper in the long term thanks to free updates. Maybe I would make it clearer the way you customize the fields. It's not very intuitive but I don't use it too much. I would add formatting capabilities to the notes field and category, so they're saved in markdown but you can write and put formatting with the usual CMD+B, CMD+I keyboard shortcuts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm more productive an have more peace of mind having different passwords for a more secure digital life.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Cheap if you don't abandon it. Expensive until you're using it for a long time.

I didn't like the "Apple Authentication" pop up in the previous version. Hopefully that's gone now.

Get the mobile app too, in case you get locked out or are on a foreign computer, you will have your access.

Security transparency from the company is very important to me, I take great relief in knowing that their business model is based around this first.

Ease of use, very well implemented to dropbox, mac and windows and android.

I can unlock it with FaceID or Touch ID on my phone and laptop. Seamless multi device and multi platform compatibility. Exceptional user experience. Easy to use and share with multiple clients and family members. Easy to tag and categorise. Well written, witty user guides and update info. Active development with noticeable continual improvements. Choice of iCloud or Dropbox sync (only before purchase). Free 30-day trial.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only have very minor quibbles, i.e. US-centric labels for categories - but these can be easily customised. There is also a small issue beyond the control of the 1Password developers - a small percentage of websites do not label their form fields correctly or make their login appear in multiple windows or popups - however, 1Password saves all info, so in this case I just need to double-check that the info is matched to the appropriate field.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a web designer, contractor and social media manager with multiple logins for different clients. The tagging system and categorisation makes it very easy to manage their systems and remind them of their own passwords - it's amazing how many companies do not use products like this and do not have control over their own security.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Before you buy, consider if you want the Mac App Store version with iCloud storage or if you need Dropbox syncing for more cross-compatibility.
